I went to this companys website to find a dress for an upcoing perfomance I was having. I found a nice dress on sale, and they had the dress all the way up to 4x. I am plus size, and was ordering on the website, so I purchased th dress two sizes bigger then the clothes that were on my body at the time of purchase. I figured it woud be to big, but I could get it tailored t fit like a gove . Instead, the dress came and I couldnt even get it past my shoulders!! I contacted them and my credit card company right away. The company responded, admitting that the dress was smaller then the size lsted and they all all were that way. They said I could return it at my expense and then wait until they ook it over for damage or wear. Then they would decide on a store credit or refund!!!! Totally not ok!
This company admits to selling clothing as one size, and really the clothing is several sizes smaller then what is advertised. IN my wrld, that is fraud. Now Im fighting my credit card company to get my money back. I refuse mail this dress back at my own expense while they take their time deciding if I get my money back or not.
