This company is selling used damaged merchandise. The company advertises A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging. This is false advertisement. I tried to work with this company and enough is enough i have been very patient and out of pocket for deliver charges...

You did not try to compensate me for my shipping charges and cannot give positive reviews based on that. I need to talk to someone on the phone ASAP I tried calling you and was put on hold forever. . I just received the replacement unit 2 time and its worse than the first one multiple damage. I have taken pictures of the damage it's not from shipping its from someone putting used damaged merchandise back in the box and unless you can give me the unit I paid for brand new in the box and compensate me for my time and money that I paid for shipping. I will file complaints on my experience and that is not a threat. I need an answer today...I don't need a sorry. I need what I paid for and reimbursement of shipping..
1/28/2013 Received another used item has scratches on outside case. Even after i put notes in return boxes and made them note that on the account to send me new, unused, undamaged they continue to provide used, damage merchandise 3 seperate times...They think that the minor instore credits for the trouble will make me happy, they are mistaken. It does not equal the time and money spent and frustration they have caused. Buyer beware please read all reviews before you buy anything from any company online...
