I started Vxi in January of this year the pay started off good I was making my sales getting my hourly pay. Once the operations manager was transfered here from LA in the middle of March everything was correct. Daily we sign off on our hours and the hours we signed off for were not on our checks, I brought it up to the om Isaac and he made excuses of the reasons why my check wasn't adding up like one reason was because my supervisor put me in coaching and he took that time from my paycheck. And from that time on my paychecksite we're always short.
