My friend in Indianapolis told me that he was trying to sell his company through some broker/investment banker. Since I'm located in south Florida he asked me to check them out . After doing so my advice to him was to run away from this company. Steven West has been involved in several nefarious companies and is running an "investment bank" out of a shared office space. Business owners - do not pay up front fees to sell your business.
