On 2/27/2014 went to the store to look for a dining table & chairs saw a floor model which was similer to what i was shopping for. i talked to the general manager (mary) of the store & a sales person i told them what i was interested in so the sales person & i checked the table out. well i saw a couple of cracks on the pedestal part so i bought it up to the sales person he tells me that they should have anotherone in the basement. well i wait & wait when he comes back he mentions he can not find the key to open the doors. So i proceeded to leave a downpayment on the table and told him i did not want the floor model well in all it was a total of $1,223.00 the down payment was $140.00 which was paid with cash.
Well when they delivered i saw the pedestal was the one i had seen as a floor model so i refused to except it. the delivery guys call another person to bring them anotherone by the time the secound one arrived the delivery guys had taken of. So a guy by the name of raul sandoval delivered the secound pedestal which i also refused because by than i found out the table top had no means of attaching it to the pedestal. i asked how is the table top going to stay on the pedestal i was told it just sat on top and the weight would take care of it. before even excepting the secound pedestal raul sondoval was standing outside while i had the door partially open he stuck his foot between the door & door frame wanting to come in after i told him i did not want it. while raul sondoval was taking of his words to me were ""you are not getting your money back (down payment) so as of 04/23/2014 and reporting it to the b.b.b. bureau so i am still out $140.00 of my hard earned money these people are nothing but a bunch of ripoffs. they will tell consumers one thing than after they get ther money and if you the consumer change you mind well you just kissed your money away. save your hard earned money and a little more and shop else where.
