Watson Media charged my company $1,500.00 for a website. The website had numerous errors and after Noah had taken the money, he allowed very little changes. The website was terrible. There were some additional changes or additions that we wanted to the website and he charged us several more hundred dollars.
He also charged us approximately $600.00 a month for a SEO campaign. After about six months the work he said he would do to create more business and more traffic didnt happen. He said that paying him this amount of money would allow us to pop up on more search engines and suggested to do it another six months.
The owner Noah Watson took the domain information and now has refused to release the password so that we can switch the web hosting over to another company that has redesigned the website. He charged us $65.00 to place some sort of blocker on the website to prevent SPAM mail, but we were still getting atleast 20 spam emails from the site. He notified us that the hosting was up for renewal and on the exact day that it was up for renewal he shut the site down, refused to release the information until he received his $130.00. I have used several other companies in previous years and have never had an owner tell us we need to pay our bills and that's just the way it is. Its doubtful he will release the information, he said he never received the $130.00 check.
