The owner's name is Hasan Khan and the worker (who I've been scammed by) is Deepak Sharma.
He told me he would refund my payment if the job was not complete or if I was not satisfied for any reason but not only didn't he complete the task, he barely started it.
First, he assured me he would refund my money but it is 60+ days already and I hevan't heard from him at all.
He constantly ignores my messages and clearly stated he will not refund the money.
Just a heads up to ignore this group. They are thieves. They constantly create new accounts (under different aliases) but I will track down all of their accounts. Here is some info I collected about them:

I've been scammed for $251 by http://webishpeople.com. The website maintains multiple accounts on various websites he uses to scam people.
For example, on Elance he has atleast two accounts:

Username: tommagento (URL: https://www.elance.com/s/tommagento/)
