Weitz and Luxenburg Is holding back paying me over 5,000.00 dollars owed to me because my X-wife wont sign any papers sent to her.W/L told me they can hold back my payments under NYS Law.I have level 3 asbestosis since 2000.Worked for G.E. for 42 years,Also USN 1966.
