This is the worst place to rent. Please dont waste your money on this s*** hole. Arley Rojas is the maitance guy and he hires his family and friends who are all unlicened to do plumbing and electrical as well as caroentry repairs on the units. When I first was shown the propety I was told that they are getting ride of all the low income residents and updating tyhe units. The craftsmanship is horrible. Holes, faulty wirers, brocken outlets, cheap short cuts taken in the work and unfortuneately you dont notice these things until you move in. The income requirements make you thin you will be living in an upscale neighborhood but once you move in you soon realize your surrounded by section 8. They also say no pets but people there have pit bulls and all kinds of dangerous dogs. Dont believe you will ever get a garage as the non english speaking maitaince crew uses them all year around to work out of. I even saw a crew working releaving himself on the side of my building. Whatever you do dont rent this place for 1700-1950! You will regrate it. You cant let your kids play outside alone because you will be afraid of the dogs. People even have their own gardens on the grounds beside their front doors. I have never seen such crap like this in my life. This is a bad place and if you dont speak spanish you wont get anywhere. Stop lying Arley your a horrible carpenter and I hope you and the westfield manor get dealt with by the law.
