The wife and I purchased a Groupon for 500 dollars. We scheduled an appointment and went in to their office. We watched a short movie and we met Anthony the DR. We talked for a while and he said that this is not for everyone and that he could help us lose weight with a more expensive plan. He talked us into a 3500 dollar package. gave 500 cash and put 500 on my visa. We called the very next day and wanted to cancel. They said it was ok since they Anthony said we could have a 100% money back if we did not want to move forward. So he refunded 500 from Visa and Groupon refunded 500 but the 500 cash we gave was not refunded. I called and emailed them and they will not give me my money back. Finally get an email from the front desk stating they would release only 300 of the 500 but I would have to sign a paper to release 300 and the other 200 was theirs.
