I have a worker that helps me in my home she gets s check every Monday and on today July 13, 2015 she advised me she did not get het check. I called and spoke to Mary she stated zac was not releasing due to me not paying my client obligation that has absolutely nothing to do with my worker so basically she has worked for free and that had to be against the law. the can't hold her check due to my obligation. I've read the handbook and that's in fine print.

I found a part time job for my mom (retired nurse) at WINDSOR PLACE AT-HOME-CARE in Lawrence KS. She met with Zachariah Coffman and was hired right away. She is a retired nurse with 40 years of experience. She is over qualified for the position and is much underpaid. They were looking for a CNA. Anyway, she began working and eveything seemed fine. Until she started to notice that her paychecks were wrong. She was being shorted on her pay. Week after week, her paychecks would be wrong. After a month of workgin 40 hour weeks and receiving checks for random $59- or $72- she met with Zach Coffman. He promised it would be fixed. It is amonth later and she continues to get lower paychecks than the hours she is working. They have her working nights and holidays. But she isnt being paid for overtime. Even though I bet they are billing the state for the full amount. And even though he talked to me and emailed me when he was hiring her, he is now saying he can't talk to me about her.

I have asked him to send me a complete accounting of her pay and hours since she began working there. Suddenly they act like it is 1979 and it would be so hard to go through the computer to produce these documents. He pretended that my call to him this morning was the first time he had ever heard about the problem. Then my sister informs me that he met my mom at the local Dairy Queen to discuss her problem a month ago. YET he didnt think it was important enough to go right back into the office the next day and make sure she had a check overnighted to her for the full amount she was short. This is what a qualify business would have done. This is shameful.

I am filing a complaint with the DEPT OF LABOR and every other department in the state of Kansas. I left 6 messages on every voicemail in thier office today. I even left a message for the CEO MONTE COFFMAN and the CFO SABRINA HORNER. Apparently they were so busy today because it was payroll day. YEA RIGHT! If they cared so much about payroll, they would not have a 71 year old woman working like a slave for no pay. I will continue to hound these people until my mother has satisfaction. And of course, I will find my mom another place to work.
