Save yourself some time and frustration by walking straight past them and into an actual AT&T store.
I've dealt with companies who distribute phones/plans for other companies before, and I've never had a horrible experience until now.! I bought an iphone 4S with Sam, The Owner, at this location and the battery kept getting hotter and hotter, I kept bringing it back for him to fix and he said "why don't you give me another $180 and I will sell you a 5C, I did.. this phone's battery was fine, but the microphone was shot I brought in 3 times for him to fix and all he did would sit there and say he didn't know how to fix it, because he didn't have the part. When I was on a business call and LOST a sale because they could not hear me I was furious. I called him and he told me, I am sorry I cant help you I sold the store there is nothing I can do Good bye... and hung up. I called Fiesta Mall Administrative offices and they told me that he had NOT sold the store. I went in and there was girl working and and she told me he would be in the following day. I called him again FROM the store and he said he isn't going to do anything about it at all and thank you for your money!! and hung up. AGAIN I SAY, BEWARE OF THIS STORE.? HE IS A THIEF. I am taking this matter to YELP as well as The BBB and to small claims court.
I urge anyone that has had problems with this store to contact me! I will file suit against him, and your nightmare experience will prove beneficial. We cannot let him get away with stealing money from people!
