heartless and inept

Out of the blue, I'm told to sign up for Verizon because wireless65 is merging with another company. I'll have less than 12 hours to comply or lose service.

I find it hard to believe that they could not inform customers with only this little time. They stated that they'd be happy to have me back when the merger is completed. Fat chance.

Their customer service is nonexistent, individuals working at the company may have scruples and politely work with customers, but owner Craig Owens has NO BUSINESS SENSE.

I'd recommend to steer clear of this company.

I moved 3 Verizon lines to Wireless65 since February until now wireless65 still didn't pay the ETF's which is our agreement. I sent a notarized paperwork that he ( CRAIG OWENS, General Manager )requested twice and he still has not paid the ETF's as to date. I have talk to him numerous time and says the check is the in mail but I never did get a check.

I would have not ever change my service and left Verizon but he has sold us on how great his service is and how inexpensive it was to be with wireless65. I'm sorry to say but nothing he has told us is correct! The ETF has never been paid as promise and we get a continuous run around everytime we get a chance to talk to him. Customer service is terrible, they have never return my call to date.

I moved my line to wireless65 since February but until now Craig Owens still didn't pay my termination fee. We have an agreements that if I move to wireless65 he has pay the termination fee but he never did! I sent a notarized document with proper documentation but after that, I cant get hold with him anymore, he never answer my call.Customer service is terrible!

I texted him 10 days ago and he replied that the check has been sent but I never did get it until now. all he did is just LIE, LIE and LIE!!!!

My mother ordered a phone for me for my birthday because she wanted me to have an awesome gift for my birthday. Mr. Owens took forever to send her the invoice for the phone so she could pay it she finally recieved it one friday night pay it and was told the phone would be here on monday.

So me thinking it would be here monday waited for it and what to my suprise nothing showed up as Mr. Owens had promised. So I told my mother and she contacted Craig and he told her the phone had not been ordered yet. Wait so how can you say something would be here monday if it has'nt even been ordered yet? So there was lie number one.

Then I finally got a hold of Craig after calling him I dont know how many times (his customer service is terrible) and he told me he had the phone which im guessing was lie number two and it was ready to be shipped and if things where resolved with a whole other customer that had nothing to do with me and my mom that it would be here by today. Nothing showed lie number three then I finally managed to get a hold of him again he said it will be here tomorrow.

He asked me for my information i texted it to him he said he would text me back with information never did and so I texted him twice and he never got back to me. So he is holding the phone my mother paid for because of some petty drama that he told my mother this revolved around and by the way is now telling her this has nothing to do with what in the beggining he said this revolved around.

He has my phone that my mom has paid for just sitting in his office therefore he is stealing. DO NOT go with this company because the owner is nothing but a liar and a theif !!

Wireless 65 claims to "save you 50%" off your cellular wireless carrier bill. Once you agree to "sign on" you fall into a black hole and have service disruptions, no consistent customer service to resolve issues and it takes literally weeks to get your service back operational.

If you need or want to leave the service for any reason, you discover that you are on Craig Owens' "Master Account" and you find that you cannot make any - any - any changes to your account without his approval and specific direction to do so. So, if you want to change back to that "terrible" carrier you had prior to Wireless 65, you are told that you cannot be moved as Craig Owens has total control of your phone service!

No where - no where in his "advertising" on the website does it mention this little "detail"! Also, you are required to sign a notarized document stating that he owns your phone and that you must - must send it to him when you want to upgrade - then he simply doesn't pay you the money (up to $250.00 he promises toward your ETF's) he owes you - even though you had to pay it to that other "terrible" carrier! So, he owns a phone he never paid for - he steals - yes - steals your phone!

How's that for a scam?

Be very careful - don't sign up with Wireless 65 unless you want to lose control of your cell phone account and you want to "give" someone your phone!
