IF YOU have been scammed by these people as well please contact me using this forum and I'll reply back to you ASAP.

JOSUE BENITEZ & JENNIFER IOCOVOZZI AKA JENNIFER ROSE BENITEZ BACKGROUND INFORMATION

I made the mistake of getting lured into investing with Josue Benitez and his conspirator Jennifer

Iocovozzi. Within a few months they had taken me for my life savings and I was shocked to find out that I had no recourse. These two people are real scam artists. If you come across either of them turn around RUN!

I have had a lot of time to be depressed over the financial violation they put my family and I through and I tried to use this time to research the long path of destruction from their actions. If I can help just one person from going through what these lowlifes put me through then it will have been all worth it.

Josue Benitez and Jennifer Iocovozzi invest their ill-gotten gains through an elaborate real estate trust scheme.

The properties are mostly in Florida and their real estate trust enables them to keep the assets at arms length and beyond the reach of creditors like myself and others like me.

I made the initial call to Woodbridge Structured Funding. and immediately accepted their offer which I now know id dumb but I will leave that for another day. The sales person back when I did the deal was Scott Schwartz.

Woodbridge Investments will literally tell you whatever you want to hear in order for you to sign their papers. And once you sign the papers the honeymoon is OVER!

EVERYTHING that they told me was incorrect. It took twice the time they said to get the court hearing date and the date that I was given was a full month longer that they had originally told me to complete.

When we FINALLY went to the judge The Woodbridge lawyer had forgot to bring my case and everything was delayed for another 3 weeks. Finally after TWO MONTHS of delays the Judge approved the order.

What I had initially been told by Woodbridge is that once you get the court order it will only take a I missed day or two at the most to get access to your money. Well it has been two weeks and NOTHING!!! My twins both got no birthday gift and I am starting to worry If I will see my money for Christmas.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT TRUST THEM DO NOT USE THEM DO NOT BELIEVE THEM
