I ordered 173.70 worth of martial arts gear and never received it. Business does not respond to emails.
On 3/14/2014 I placed an ordered in the amount of $173.70 for martial arts gear (Order #17508). I never received the items. I emailed the company on 4/1, 4/16, 4/22, 5/5, and 5/18 requesting the status of the order, and on the final email requesting a comparable product to be sent to me.
Business never gave an explanation as to why the items had not been shipped. Business ignored all recent emails. Business only replied to first few emails and sent me a link showing the status of my order. Business finally sent me 1 item from my order, which was the headgear ($16.95).
I attempted to be understanding with them and allowed them time to send me the items, and even suggested comparable replacement items but I have not received them and my emails are ignored.
I am requesting an immediate refund of $156.75 (173.70 less 16.95).
Better Business Bureau complaint case filed. Business ignored all correspondence to BBB also. I have been ripped off for over $150. This is outrageous that the business is still in operation.
