They publish in the morning news that they were havinfg a cash distribution in south carolina county and that you could buy the vault bags which never been open or look inside that had cash in them from any specific amount all you had to do is pay the vault fee and they ask for a credit card and they charge it to it but you never recieve the monatsry exchane bills from the vault i paid on the 12th of may and still have not recieve them as of todays date which is 5/27/2014 i was giving a ups tracking number abnd that came up incorrect so i am filing a complaint against ths company i hope this would help someone else from falling imto this trap i pray this reach some one ears to not let ths happen to them why would they use the city newspaper to do this to innocent people who just terying to llive and thought this was a good thing since it was inthe newspaper in the area please keep this from happen to someone else i notify my credit card company thay this is a scam
