I have experienced problems for a about a year now, I used to play Farmville 2, until one of the techs decided that he doesn't play games and neither should I. This came out of his mouth in my home in front of winesses. He also bragged about how he and his freind another tech could go in and slow the speed down to force people to call in. He claims that it is my computer, I have had my computer checked several times, nothing wrong, I also did a factory restore and the problem is still there. I have talked to other people who play the game, they have not had problems. Why is this company thinking they are allowed to do this kind of behavior? I have also seen reports where there are a good many people having the same kind of issue of slower than normal speeds. I have also overheard phones calls where people are forced to call in about the speeds.
