I ordered a watch from the website wristgame.com.au I ordered the watch on May 21 . I paid the amount through credit card and the amount was deducted immediately and I got a mail from wrist game that my order was confirmed and they game me the order No and told the watch will arrive in 15-35 business days. I ordered the watch for my father on his anniversary which was in June 22 and now its July 5th . I worked at a petrol bunk 2 days for the watch. And now I don't even have the watch. I have written a negative product review on their site twice, but they remove all my negative reviews, leaving only perfect "five-star" reviews for new customers to receive. My reviews were neither profane nor passionate, rather, they were objective, informative reviews to help future consumers.
This behavior, which has happened twice now to me, is completely dishonest and misleading. I would have never purchased a watch from Wrist Game had I known they hide consumers' negative product reviews, and after contacting them, they didn't even so much as acknowledge that this had happened.
Wrist Game is an untrustworthy site that falsely advertises quality merchandise and then hides reviews so consumers get the false impression that their products make customers 100% happy.
