I ordered and purchased products from xtoys boutique on line at xtoysboutique.com for a total of $103.94. The amount of 103.94 was charged to my debit card and that amount was deducted from my account.
I waited several weeks and when it wasn't delivered,i checked and no email verification was sent by company. I went back to xtoys boutique and log in and copied a invoice. I them emailed them to check on the status of order. Again i waited with no reply back. Again i email them to question when it was sent and for the tracking numbers again no response from the company. After four emails and no response at all from the company.
I them put the name of the company into google and came up i clicked on to that site and seen xtoys boutique had had other complints and they had been solved and the other's that had complained did indeed soon receive their orders and the company had responded in a positive way.
I was unable to copy and paste the copy of sales receipt. But the invoice number is 100063081 total 103.94.
I got an email today stating that their shipment hadn't come in and that I could pick another idem for $2 more. Well I had ordered this for a friends wife and hell it took several hours to pick it out an go back and forth with him. It has been a real nightmare. They said they had similar product for swapping even. I'll post again and give an update, Boner.
I placed an order with this company on February 20 2015.I paid extra to have it shipped by priority mail to shorten waiting time for the package to arrive
it is now March 19th 2015. I am still waiting! When I go to the website to check the status of the order it is marked as "processing". I have made numerous attempts to contact this company and resolve this issue. I have sent an email every day to them regarding this issue. I have not gotten any response at all to the emails I sent.
I tried to phone the company directly but the number they have listed on the website is no longer in service. I think this website was created and designed just to rip people off! I want people to know about this companies shady practices that others won't lose money like .I am hoping that you can help me with this case. I hope buy me filing this report I can get some help with getting a refund. this company really needs to be shutt down its just a scam what a rip off!
We ordered from this company under XToysBoutique on February 12, 2015. We got a confirmation email, with an order number telling us that the items would be shipped 5-14 business days after the order was paid and completed. A subsequent email letting us know the tracking number would follow. It is is now March 1, 2015 and NO package. No email. We have called several times, have sent emails several times, and nothing. No contact, no answers, no responses. We have seen several reviews for this company and see that they rip people off. Will be following with legal action if we do not here from them soon!
I ordered from this place on 2-18-15 and have still not received anything, I emailed them and called a number on the website but it is disconnected
I ordered these products for my first bridal shower for my small business and I have been waiting since November 20th 2014 for a e-mail confirmation and the product - It's February 26th 2015 and still nothing from them and they don't answer the phone nor e-mail. My customers (all women) have been waiting for their orders and this situation make them doubt my ability to deliver goods in good faith.

I placed my order with xtoysboutique online, received a confirmation email that my payment was recieved. I haven't received any other indication about my order. My order # is 100062858. My they were quick to take my money but won't answer calls or emails placed order 1/30/15 and its now 2/13/15
I ordered two products from Xtoysboutique.com. They charged my credit card which is linked to my checking account. I never received my products and I have tried contacting them via the phone and email five times and have received no response. They stole my money and are getting away with it! It has been over 2.5 weeks since I placed the order.
This place took my money, but I haven't recieved any merchandise. I ordered on December 30th and it is now January 22nd. I've emailed and called multiple times but I've never gotten a response back. The calls go straight to voicemail. I am really dissapointed in this website. I wish I could get my money back. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!
I bought a product from this "company" over 2 weeks ago. They sent me an email confirming my purchase, and took money out of my bank account. In the email they mentioned that they would send me another message confirming that my item was shipped, which I never got. I understand that the package may not be delivered for another few days, but it should have been shipped by now. I have called twice and emailed, but there is absolutely no response or return of calls. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL.
I made an online purchase with these rip off artists August 14, 2018. They immediately billed/charged my card. DC Universal Pa. Never received any communication back with shipping or tracking info. Emailed 3x never responded, they don't answer their phone. My order was never shipped. No communication from them whatsoever. I cannot see how this fraud website still is up and running. This a total fraud website!
X Toys Boutique took, $243.99 of my money and never delivered my order.
When I called the number on the order was disconnected. WHen I went to the website, there was no number listed. I had to signup as a member, then I received a welcome email with a phone number. When I called that, the company told me they had only purchased the website and did not honor those sales onlinie.
Not sure how that was legal, but they claim it's not their problem or fault.
It has now been 1 month since my order and I have called twice and they gave me the same story.
I am now going to my bank to have my credit card charge reversed.
DO NOT trust the online or phone sales of this store. They are dishonest and should be shut down for fraud.
