I was reconciling my mother's banking account and she received a payment withdrawal on 3/13/2015 from Yahoo: CHK CARD PURCHASE YAHOO *MAIL 866-562-7228 /CA US
She is 85 and doesn't even know how to turn on a computer let alone have a Yahoo mail account. I have already reported this to her bank and cancelled her debit card, and tried to contact Yahoo to see if they billed her or if there is someone using their information to scam people but after calling about 10 phone nos. listed online I gave up contacting them and am just filing it with you. I cannot believe Yahoo actually sent this withdrawal to her account since she doesn't have an email account with them, but they need to look into who is using their account to withdraw funds from their victims.
I would like someone from Yahoo to contact me and give me a legitimate phone no. to discuss this with as I want to know where they (or someone acting as them) got her bank account no. to place this order.

I have been uable to access my email account at yahoo for 3 days ,contacted what i thought was tech support and was told by a man named robert that i would have to pay 300.00 dollars to fix the problem, yahoo tech say I've been hacked ., I can't reset my password because my alternet email adress is no longer accessible Help!!!!!!
