I went to cricket wireless to buy a new phone. I was covered by ybuy. I did my monthly payments in 3 months but they kept taking out my money twice a month. When I thought I had finished my payments, I get a text saying I still owe them money. I checked my account I see a balance of 645.00 I'm like WTF!!!!! Is going on. I called Ybuy and the lady was very hard to understand but she said their was late payments and the 645.00 was from all the late payments. I told her ybuy was doing audio pay it's not my fault. She said half of the payments wasn't audio pay. I was pissed off because she said I have 90days to pay if not they will kept charging me. How the f*** am I suppose to 645.00 In 90days the galaxy 5 phone is not worth paying double the price. How can a company rip off people like this. How do they sleep at night knowing they are steeling people's money..

Stay far away from this company, it should be be shut down, they are ripping many people off, cricket needs to dump this company and find a better one. I think a classaction idea is very good and might stop this in the future, till then spred the word, do not deal with ybuy at all Ybuy at cricket is a huge rip off, this compay removes funds from your account even after its paid in full, classic case of bait an switch, with a twist they rip you off on the price an continue to charge you after its paid in full, run from this company or get ripped off!!!!

YBuy LLC Via Cricket When I thought I was done paying off my phone, a text came across saying they took out money for a payment so I called. No one informed me that I had 90 days to pay it off, or you will end up paying almost $1000 for a cell phone. I thought I got the Galaxy S4 phone on a sale of $299 when they talk me into trading my S3 and said I was approved for a loan at Cricket. The total cost of the phone came to $325.00 and I made one payment of $53. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was passed to everyone claiming to be a supervisor. NO supervisor would help me on the phone. The finally sent me to someone in collections and she was no help. She connected me to her supervisor and he was no help. He told me it was too late that I had to pay it off and they added another $211 on top of what I thought I finished paying for it. Get this... you don't get the contract if you are at the store... and he said this little writing is on the 2nd page where it tells you this information. He asked me did I read the contract... I told him that I didn't receive a contract... so I can imagine how many of those who are complaining received a contract. Everything is done on computer these days. What a laugh. You can report this to FCC esupport.fcc.gov/ccmsforms/form2000.action?form_type=2000A as I have done and the Better Business Bureau. He said they will not work with you. So if we all write in our complaints and encourage others to do so. They will listen. Also, call the government because they have to go in front of a licensing board. Internet
