All I wanted was a small personal loan for1000 and ended up paying a total of 470 in hopes of getting it. I am not the only one either, I looked ymax corporation up online and found similar stories. Now they say just anothner 220 for me to receive my money via money gram. Now they won't even just give my 470 back like I asked. I have been dealing with this now for over two weeks . Any help with this matter would be very helpful.

Threatening Phone Call

I did a reverse look up number and the company name which came up is "Ymax Oration" out of Washington, D.C. This so-called company (if you can call it that) does not even deserve a -0!!. A man that does not speak good English, Mark Ritcher, called my home and leaves a message stating this phone call is very important that the second I receive it to contact him. The issue at hand is extremely sensitive; he is with the IRS and there is a deficiency in my income tax. Do not disregard this message. If he does not hear back from me or my attorney, legal allegations will take place. He gives me his number (202) 506-9240, repeats it. Tells me it is very important that I or my attorney contact him, if not, then he will only wish me good luck as the situation unfolds on me, good-bye and take care.

I AM LIVID - WHO DOES THIS?!?!?! I CALLED THIS NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES STATING HE WILL BE REPORTED. OF COURSE, HIS ANSWERING MACHINE - TOTALLY DIFFERENT PERSON ON MACHINE - STATES "THIS IS THE IRS - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE - PLEASE LEAVE YOUR NAME AND NUMBER AND SOMEONE WILL RETURN YOUR CALL SHORTLY".

I hope someone can stop at least some of these folks - go get a real job and leave the hard working folks alone!!!!!

Scam and nothing more

Received a call stating I was in default and committing fraud concerning a tax lien and if I did not reply immediately I would be turned over to the authorities for full legal action. Thing is, I have no tax lien or loans and found the number 202-241-7338 came back to this company, Ymax....apparently a version of magic jack and nothing more than a scam. Do not return their calls or report them to the authorities yourself!

I received a phone call from "Officer Robert Turner" at 202 241 9018 leaving voiuce mail concerning "multiple criminal charges pending" against my name and threatening legal action if a return phone call was not received. reverse 911 led me to Ymax Oration in Washington DC - number of origina is undiclosed landline -search for Ymax led me to this website
