I ran across a rip off report testimonial that was authored by a patient of York Yates from the Tanner Clinic in Layton Utah. I was very pleased to see that someone found a way to express their dissatisfaction. I attempted to write some reviews on the standard sites that rate plastic surgeons but found that my reviews were deleted. I am not sure why this happened. I did receive an email from York Yates himself and did not realize that he was so intimately involved w the review process. It easy to see now why every review posted, is a 5 star one. In short, my wife had a procedure performed by Dr. Yates and the outcome was terrible, She was in tremendous pain after her surgery and Dr. Yates dismissed this. He also did not provide any interest in correcting the mistakes from the surgery. We had to go to another doctor to have the surgery performed a second time to have it done correctly. I am a patient person and generally trusting, but the experience we had w Dr. Yates was truly awful.
