On May 215 2013 I rec'd a request to service Ft. Hancock School. A laptop needed to be diagnosed. I drove over 93 miles ( round trip) to diagnose. requested a second trip and was asked to purchase a harddrive for the school. I completed the job and was never paid.
I contacted them repeatedly and was told at one point that the Your Support Techs was changing hand and to submit my invoices through PayPal and I would be paid.
So far I have not rec'd one red cent.

I work for a computer company and when I went to collect payment from your support techs for the services we completed for a customer they sent to us they asked for account numbers and paypal information. We requested they send a check several times. When you call the company and press 0 you get the same person everytime who claims to be a manager of the company.
When you ask why haven't you received payment yet, they respond because they are under new managerment and to send the copy of the invoice yet again. It's been one full year. If you look at the details of their website it is clear that the testimonials and affiliates are fake and this is a way to scam people into paying them money. The customer gives the money to the company and will never pay the technician that did all the work.
Please, this company should be shut down. Who know's how many other technicians have wasted their days and times for this company. It is wrong.
