I foolishly signed up to a vacation package with these high pressure sales folks on 8/28/14. They immediately started altering the standard package with extra tickets. a longer cancellation period, boasted a refund within 5 days, etc. I got an email on 8/30 with a lesser package. I did not sign the contract and I immediately sent a cancellation notice to the address provided on that same day. They said I had 14 days to cancel. I heard nothing back so I sent another. Again no response. I tried calling and was on hold forever so I did not speak to anyone. I sent two more emails all within the cancellation period and said I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I called and got through and they played dumb. They said they would tell their staff to read my emails. Of course I never heard anything back until a filed a report with the BBB. Then they responded and said they wanted evidence of my cancellation request. I told them this was foolish and a delay tactic because they had read the BBB report of my attempt to cancel and getting no response. They read this while stiill within the cancellation period so having the first email was irrelevant. They insisted so I did attach all 4 emails and a week later, still no response. They told the BBB that they would refund within 5 days if they had the email proof of the cancellation. More lies again by them. I told them I was going to file a complaint with the Nevada Attorney General Office. I am doing that as well as disputing the charge on the credit card of $319. Their lies and method of refusing or delaying refunds when they have all the evidence is, if not fraudulent, certainly unethical business practices. I recommend that others who have similar experiences, and you will if you try to cancel, file a complaint with the BBB and the Nevada Attorney General Office. I am willing to join a class action suit against this company to shut them down. Even if I do eventually get my money back thru one of the multiple paths I am taking, that is not satisfactory. They do not live up to their word and should not be in business. They are dishonorable in their responses using delay tactics and trying to make me do unecessary work to get my money back or give up. Glad I did not try to execute the contract as I am sure I would have problems when trying to cash in on their offering. In fact, you can find complaints about their poor performance in living up to the basic package for people who purchased and tried to use their services. BEWARE, STAY AWAY FROM Your Vacation Destinations!

SCAM

This company talked my mom with end stage Alzheimer's into giving them her credit card number and charged her 419 dollars. I called stating how unethical they are as there is no way my mom can barely have a conversation on the phone and they told me I cannot cancel as I didn't cancel within 7 days in writing. There website has no address. I called them and asked for their address and they gave me the wrong address. I filed with the better business bureau and will call the Nevada Attorney General Office next as well as am going to dispute the charges with the credit card company. This company is so dishonerable. NEVER use them.

"Your Vacation Destinations" appears to be the same organization at "Trendi Travels". Once you give them a credit card, they inform you a contract will be in your email the following day. You are told to call once you get the contract to book your travel dates. You call the number 855-748-4600 or 855-520-4600 . The same recorded voice with the same message for both Trendi and Your Vacations answers both numbers and asks you to leave your name and number. No one calls you back to book your travel.

Where do we go from here?

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY CREDIT CARDS. They call people at random and state they are calling on behalf of Ceaser's Entertainment in las vegas. They DO NOT represent Ceasers or any hotel/casino in vegas. They promise a luxury vacation with money back guarantee but dont answer phones and never refund anyone. They travel you to a dumpy hotel in vegas at a higher rate than you could get yourself at booking.com. The "compliance manager" shellie collison is a ex felon for extortion and kidnapping(google mugshot for shellie collison) and they want your credit card info.............hang up immediately if they call you. The owner of company (sheri markman-elkin is a scammer as well.
