In January 2015 I did an online research for a motor for my sons car. Several businesses responded but Zaxo Auto Parts had the best price, so I decided to go with them. I ordered a motor for my son's car from Zaxon Auto Parts in Nebraska on 01-27-15 for $950.00 which also included a 100 day warranty. I gave them my debit card to charge which was processed in Florida by "Sha K Enterprises", Kissimmee not to Zaxon Auto Parts from whom I purchased the motor from in Nebraska not Florida. Also I was told not to purchase a motor from another company I was looking into because they had been reported to the Better Business Bureau (now looking back I should have gone with the other company)

The motor was delivered on 02-08-15 to my mechanic's shop. After he had put the motor in he did a test run before putting the transmission back on, only to find out that the motor was bad and it had parts on it that did not belong to that engine as well as parts that had been taken off then replaced incorrectly. He contacted me on 03-03-15 to tell me the motor was bad. Zaxon said it had been compression tested and was a working motor however according to my mechanic combustion gases were leaking into the cooling system (the heads were bad), so I called to Nebraska then I was given two numbers to call in Florida, because the motor had a 100 day warranty on it. I spoke to a guy named Lewis who told me I would have to ship the motor back at my cost ($200) and they would replace it. It was sent back by Southeastern Freight and was received back in Florida on 3-18-15.

Over the past 3 months, I have spoken with Lewis dozens of times and each time he has promised me that the motor has been shipped out yet week after week no motor has showed up nor has he been able to provide me with a transportation company or tracking number. It seems to be one lie after another, when you call they tell you they will call you back or you can't get anyone to answer you calls, they are rude and will hang up on you, they even quit answering the phone when my number came up on their phone so my wife even tried to deal with them but with the same results I had.

When the Nebraska office is called they refer you back to Adam the manager at the Florida office because any returns or refunds have to be handled through him in Florida. My wife has started calling and speaking with Adam for the last 2 weeks (since May 26,2015). Adam has told her he needed to research and speak with Lewis to see what the status is and would return her call. He never returned her call so she called Nebraska back on 05-29-15 to see who she needed to speak with to get a refund. She spoke with Josh who is the manager at the Nebraska office and when legal action was mentioned, Josh told her he would send an email to Florida and have them to call her on Monday. My wife asked for him to Cc, her on the email even giving her email address. No email was ever sent so on Tuesday 06-02-15 she called the Florida office once again to speak with Adam. When she threatened him with legal action he told her that was not necessary and a refund would be given but he needed to find out when the original transaction was (she provided him with the date as well as the amount). Time and time again he tells her she needs to call back when no one is using the computer but to call back later in the day, then he tells her to call back "tomorrow". He tells her he is going to give her the refund yet he can never find the time.

I have exhausted every effort trying to resolve this matter, all I want is a refund that they won't give me and I still have to find a decent working motor for my son who has been without a car for six months thanks to a lying deceitful company like Zaxon Auto Parts.

On January 6th 2015 in the evening, I went online through my phone and filled out a form through Automox.net which enabled me to request and receive multiple quotes from various auto part distributors, auto parts stores and salvage yards with in the United States. My request was for a used 2.2 liter 4 cylinder automatic Ecotec engine assembly, preferably with low miles and without an EGR port in the head for my 2001 Saturn L200 series. I am able to use parts from years 2000-2003.

On the morning of January 7th 2015 I received over 10 voice messages and 12 emails from different vendors that had the engine I needed. Some of the vendors left quotes and others requested that I call them for the quote and details. I called them all. The quote I chose was from a man named Zeke from Zaxon Auto Parts. I called the number back and a lady answered. I asked for Zeke and was transferred to the sales department. A man then answered who introduced himself as Allen. He then told me that he would be the one that would be handling my order. He asked me if my name was Lisa and I told him yes it was. He then proceeded to tell me that he had 2.2 Liter 4 cylinder automatic Ecotec engine assembly out of a 2003 Saturn L200 Series and that the donor car was in an accident but it was hit from the back so there is no worry about any damage to the engine. He said that it had 56,000 miles on it and is completely 100% compression tested and is a perfect fit for my vehicle. He said that it will come with a 100 day warrantee on the entire engine which starts on the day of delivery. He also said it would take 4 to 5 business days to arrive at my door if my address is in the United States. He said that with shipping included I could have it for $780.00. He then asked me for my shipping address and if it was a business address or residential. I gave him my address. He then asked for my account information and told me not to worry. Neither he nor his company is able to take funds out of my account unless I authorize them to do so in writing or over the phone. I gave him my account information and he said that an email with an order confirmation, order detail, tracking number, shipping information and my information will be in my inbox email account by the hour. He will call the transport company Zaxon Auto Parts is contracted with to get shipping information and the email me right away. He said that I am to look it over and I could either electronically sign it or email him an authorization letter or I could call him back directly to give him authorization over the phone for him to remove the $780.00 from my account for the engine. I need to look it over to make sure that everything we talked about was in the invoice and all the information was correct. If not I am to call him immediately to make the necessary adjustments. I said thank you and hung up the phone.

I then began monitoring my email and Eppicard accounts for any activity. Nothing happened on either accounts till January 9th 2015 when I noticed there was a withdrawal for $780.00 from Sha K Enterprises Kissimmee. I called Zaxon Auto Parts 10 times and left 10 messages. In those messages I stated that they were not authorized to remove any funds from my account and that I never received an invoice, order confirmation, order detail ect. And that someone needs to answer my calls or return my messages immediately. No one from Zaxon Auto Parts called back.

I called 5 times on Saturday the 10th of January 2015 and left messages and no one answered my calls. No one returned my calls. Each time I called a different female would answer and transfer my call and every time it went straight to voice mail.

On the morning of January 12th 2015 I called and left 16 messages each stating that I did not want to do business with them any longer. I told them I did not want an engine from them and that I am cancelling my order. I also requested that they give me a full refund of the $780.00 they removed from my account on the 9th of January 2015 and they were not authorized by me to remove the funds. I also emailed them stating the same things.

On January 13th 2015 I received an email from Zaxon Auto Parts sales team stating that they were happy to inform me that my engine has been shipped. etc.

On January 19th 2015 I received an email stating that they could not cancel my order at this time. If I still choose to cancel they will take a 25% restocking fee.

On January 24th 2015 I receive an email from Zaxon Auto Parts sales team that apologizes and acknowledges the refund I am due.

On February 16th a yellow truck showed up at my house with a " Bill Of Lading". the information on it was as follows:

There was no other other description of the "1 Engine". I refused the "1 Engine" because after doing research and finally getting the right phone # of the shipper ( who was not even Zaxon Auto Parts) , they could not even tell me anything about the "1 Engine" or what type, if it ran, how many miles etc or anything about it. I could not even unload the engine because I didnt even know it was going to arrive and did not have my forklift to do so. Futher more I canceled the order over a month ago and I did not even have a shipping detail, invoice, order confirmation, purchase order, reciept ect, nothing at all to compare it to. I did not of course accept the delivery.

It is now March 16th, 2015 and I have not received the refund of $780.00 that Zaxon Auto Parts took from my account. I have called them 100 times and left that many messages. No one calls back and no one answers.

They have a branch in Florida and also in Nebraska. The Owner is Shaikh Abdul Kadir. (shah K enterprises)

These people are running some sort of game and are crooks and thieves. It isn't fair that they stole $780.00 from my account and they needto give itall back so that I might find another engine and fix my car. The irritation they have caused me is mind numbing. The inconvenience they have caused me and my 4 children is unmeasurable. They need to be shut down.
