I was banned in the middle of gameplay for an accusation of transferring my account. I was joking in the chat room with some people but I never made any attempt to sell my account. They banned my account for saying the word in chat. I spent a lot of money on this game and recently made purchasesjust last week and I am unable to play my account anymore.
One of their applications is buggy and causes tablets to reboot whenever they hit slight lag spikes. Due to this error a purchase int he amount of almost 10$ was made while my screen was black. Company refuses to issue refund, or credit the amount of in game currency it cost in order to rectify this error, which is on their part. Absolutely shameful customer service. Online gaming companies like this, who treat their companies like this, are always the first ones to go out of business. Dont get too attached to anything you play from these idiots.
