Asim , the owner of A W Auto Service, and his mechanics have now cost me over $1760 because of their inexperience and mechanics lack of integrity in their work. I put my 1997 jeep wrangler into the hands of Asim for the first time in November of 2013. They where tasked with repairing the exhaust manifold that was separated from the engine block and installing a new radiator. Unknowingly the mechanic used a galvanized round headed wood bolt to fix the exhaust manifold and the radiator had a pinhole leak in it. In April of 2014 I had to travel to Corpus Christi for company training. While I was there my engine started acting up so I had it looked at by a local mechanic of over 30 years experience and personal family friend of my business partner. after examining the problem the mechanic said quote "whoever worked on your jeep last needs to be fired immediately because they do not know what they're doing." This is where I found out all of my problems with the wood bolt being used and the hole in radiator. I did not trust this company but because the radiator was under warranty I had to take it back to A W Auto Service to be replaced. That was April 12, 2015. As of yesterday, April 29, I was stranded on the side of 610 loop because the radiator had ran hot. As I went to crank it again after letting it cool down and added water to it. The engine would not crank and sounded unusual odd. Now I'm stuck between having Asim and his circus mechanics work on my jeep again or spend more money that I can't afford to let someone else do it. Dont let this company take advantage of you too!!!
