From april 2011 to june 2014 i was an owner operarator doing expedite for aberstar they deducted what was called a contingency fund totalling 2500 dollars from my pays which according to my contract was to be reimburst to me 2000 dollars after 90 days from quit date the balance after 120 days. it is now past 120 days and still have not recieved any of my money .repeated inquiries to the new general manager mike rogers has got me nowhere. i have all my documents and proof of deductions and am going to see a lawyer and take chad johnston the owner to court as this is a blatent theft of money that belongs to me.
