Accessory Bargains Reviews

I was shopping for make-up and saw an ad on Ebay with a big discount on Naked palettes. Being a big fan of Urban Decay Naked palettes I thought it was a bargain: Naked original for just $26.95! I studied the description and read the reviews and all looked pretty legit. No negative reviews, the description does not say if it's an imitation, and reviews say that it's a real thing and how everyone is happy to get the palette for half price (it is $54.00 + tax in Sephora or ULTA).

So I decided to give it a try and ordered. I have seen and owned a lot of Naked palettes in my lfe and what I got from Accessory bargains was totally fake from the first look. The box was cheaply made and there was a piece of transparent plastic instead of the mirror. Half baked color that is bright gold in the original palette was dark orange. Naked palettes are high quality eye shadows but what I got was like a cheap kid's make-up kit that is $5 in Walmart.

I was very frustrated and soon after my purchase I received an email to leave a feedback. So I wrote a feedback saying that I received counterfeit product and administration MUST specify in the description that this is not an authentic palette but just an imitation. My feedback has never been posted.

I asked for a refund and got an email with a link to their Return policy. No sorry, no nothing, just the link. In their return policy it says that they DO NOT issue any refunds but only store credit and if you decide to return it, you pay for the shipping. When they issue store credit, its what you paid minus shipping costs. So since I paid $26.95 + $5.99 for shipping, they will give me a store credit for just $26.95 and I have to pay $6.00 from my pocket to ship it back. Looks like too much work to get a store credit at the store you don't wanna buy anything EVER

Same thing happened

My sister ordered me a palette on that site which was fake. She left a bad review on yahoo and they told her they would charge her again for that review unless she takes it down immediately. I told her to contact our local news station, who quickly contacted us right away. After they heard our side of the story, they contacted them and quickly refunded my sister. They're a bunch of bullies behind a monitor until you scare them

Scam

Accessory Bargain advertise as discount online retailer, but they sell fake or damaged item. You will never get refund from them. They are a con artist. BBB placed them on F rating and Alert. Accessory Bargain need to be shut down completely, as soon as possible.

Same, fake Naked 2 Palette and threats

I had the same experience. I also received threatening

emails from the seller when I demanded a refund for sending me garbage telling me that he was going to "report me to collections" for $150 and "ruin my credit." Freak. I told him that if he tries anything of the sort I'll send his illegal threats to my lawyer, which I will if he ever bothers me again, and changed cards. I may even change accounts. My money was refunded, but he is definitely a scammer. All of AccessoryBargain's products are cheap fakes. He's also clearly a sociopath.

I had the same issue. A bad business.

I ordered a iPhone 5s case and paid $10.99 for expedited shipping on a $12.95 item. 5 days later still no case. I contacted via email saying I purchased another case locally at full price and would refuse and return the package for a full refund. I was told they do not offer refunds, only exchanges and I would be charged a 30% restocking fee on top of paying for return shipping. I told them that was unacceptable and would dispute the charge on my credit card. They threatened my credit by telling me that if I disputed they would bill me $150 by their collections company, blacklist my credit cards and rium my credit. For what, $12.95? I will sell the case on ebay when I get it. Beware of this company.

Accessory Bargains-SCAM

-1,000,000,000 STARS. Accessory Bargains is a scam. I ordered 2 Lifeproof cases from them and they were fake-one even arrived with the case put together upside down and broken. The plastic is cheap and the brand was missing on one. Attempted to return them, what a hassle that was-just to get credit to get more fake crap. Nothing about this vendor is legit-nothing. I have turned my situation over to the AG in NY, and the Lifeproof Company-Now Otterbox. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. Typical New York scam artists. CRAP PRODUCTS-RIP OFFS-FAKE! DO NOT BUY FROM ACCESSORY BARGAINS.!!! EVER!!!

On December 26, 2014 I ordered an otterbox defender case from Accesorybargins.com for an iphone 4. The cost was $12.95 plus $5.99 shipping. The total amount of my order number 45857--$18.94--was deducted from my credit card on December 27, 2014.

On December 28, at 5:40 pm, a shipping label was created in Mamaroneck, New York and I was provided a tracking number of 9400110200830546642067 with the USPS. Since that time there has been no movement of my ordered item.

I have contacted the company by email 6 times and have received no reply from them. I located one telephone number for them from another website (347-619-0264) but a recording says this number is for wholesale and business to business customers only--if calling about an order, email them.

I found another number for the company (914-740-1057) but that is a non-working number.

I am unable to get in contact with anyone regarding my order.

Cheap knockoff Apple products

I purchased an Apple lightning cable and 2 adapters that showed the Apple logo and Apple box and said the were genuine. When I received them they were cheap knockoffs and did not work. They would not refund my money and said they only give store credit . When I told them I will dispute the charge on my credit card they threatened me to with ruining my credit and charging me $150.00 and get a collector after me. I have filed reports with the better business bureau and consumer protection and the federal trade commisson To all the people they have treid to rip of you should do the same. And no one should ever shop there cause they will rip you off and not refund your money and then threaten you.

The item was ordered on Dec 10. No confirmation of order arrived for 5 days so I sent email inquiry.

Received response 3 days later that item SHIPPED on Dec.19 . Even received a USPS tracking number " label created"

On Dec.20 ,Dec.21.22.23.24 - was still showing " label created " - but no progress and no package.

Went to the website - surpise - status changed ! Instead of showing SHIPPED - now is showing WILL BE SHIPPED by Dec.29. So obviously that was a bogus notification and bogus tracking number.

Want to cancel the order - no way. There hidden in the link to another link in their website - No cancellations allowed for any reason. WHAT ??? ...another email today " Order being prepared for shippment ".....

I just want to forget the nightmare and get my money back. Specially that I've been reading everywhere / post factum unfortunatelly / that this scam company specializes in selling counterfeit products.

I placed an order for make-up on Dec. 11th. Received an email on 12/14 that my order was shipped. When checking the status, it said that a label was generated and nothing else. When I emailed them asking about the status, they said it would change when it's closer to the delivery date. I emailed the Post Office to see if they could help me locate the delivery and they said that it hasn't been picked up yet; just a label was created. They said that when the mail person picks up the package, they scan it so they know where it is. When I emailed them after Christmas, (this was supposed to be a Christmas present), they said that since I had it sent "standard shipping", it will take longer, especially since the Post Office is backed up. I only live a little over an hour from the address they have, so there is no way it will take longer than 5 days max. I told them that I am informing my credit card company to dispute the charge. They informed me that since I signed their terms, they will charge my card back and add an additional $150 to start arbitration proceedings. They also said that I'm not allowed to make any complaints about them. I told them that I will talk to a lawyer and fight them on this, since they were ripping me off. I received an email from them today, 12/30 saying that they will black list me and I won't be able to use my credit cards anywhere for the rest of my life. That they are a member of the American Arbitration Association and JAMS. I looked on the Arbitration website because they supposedly registered their rules and regulations with them. They apparently are lying because the company is not listed or they are under a different name. It's not over. I will continue to fight until I am done. If any changes happen, I will let you know.

Fake Mia2

I ordered soley because of the cheap price (incredibly stupid on my part) Black Friday weekend. I received a shipping confirmation two days later, before I noticed all the horrible reviews online. After tracking the shipping number and realizing a label had been printed but it hadn't shipped yet, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They immediately removed the charge. It disgusts me that these companies get away with it.

Scammers: Consumers, Beware!

I too ordered makeup for my daughter on Dec 4, 2014, thought the Black Friday specials were extended, spent over $60. I should've known something wasn't right when they didn't send me an e-mail confirmation after purchase! These people are smart, when I checked my order status, it said a shipping label had been created and showed a tracking # which I saved to my desktop. Checked tracking today and guess what, still says the same thing! After reading these reviews and not being able to pull up the site online, I contacted PayPal, they will investigate these scammers and hopefully I can provide enough info to get a full refund! My husbands card had to be cancelled because these people had his cc #. There probably operating under a new name now and scamming more people! If something seems to good to be true (Cheap Prices was the lure) then its most likely a scam! I hope they get arrested for ripping so many people off! They don't deserve a star but had to rate!

Biggest RIP OFF on the Internet

The items are COUNTERFEIT! The company sends out a "refund" email and then a "change of status" to store credit email. They also make you pay for shipping "even if the return is the fault of the company" (as stated in the return policy). My issue is that they do NOT disclose the items are fake. If they disclosed that the items are dupes, then we would have a choice to purchase. Now we are stuck in a purchase we can not get out of because of the return policy. Im almost certain it's NOT LEGAL to sell counterfeit products without disclosure.

I reported this to the Better Business Bureau and to the FBI scam unit.

EVERYONE do the same. If we flood with our TRUTHS about this company, we can close this company down.

I am so sad to write this report. I ordered one MAC 12 BRUSH SET ($24.95), URBAN DECAY EYESHADOW NAKED 2 (26.95) and 1 URBAN DECAY NAKED 3 BRUSH SET ($23.99) on Jan 15,2015 at ACCESSORYBARGAINS.COM . They was on sale.

I couldn't wait to see my order, but today, Feb 9 I was so disappointed to see my order. They are all FAKE. The brush's cover are very cheap, and the eyeshadow doesn't look like eyeshadow I saw at Sophora.

WWW.ACCESSORYBARGAINS.COM was new to me, so I checked if the website was able to trust before i ordered. It said that it was the best seller of the year something, and they had picture of a big storage.

Today I opened their website again to know more about them and how to return, but I couldn't open it. So I believe that they closed their website after getting money by fraud.

Please I want my money back.

  • Feb 5, 2015

In early January I made a purchase of I-phone accessories at reasonable prices. The money was taken immediately and I was given a package usps tracking number. The status of that package has not changed. I have waited the required 7-10 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) and have not received my order. I tried to contact the company via email several times and I have not had a response back from them. Their website appears to be constantly down for service. I believe this company to be a scam and I doubt I will get my merchandise or my money back.

  • Feb 4, 2015

I ordered a LifeProof phone case for i-phone 5 from AccessoryBargains.com for my daughter for Christmas. The website indicated it was a genuine LifeProof case, not a generic case. I paid extra for expedited shipping to ensure it would arrive before Christmas. Accessory Bargains sent me an email with tracking information, which indicated the item was shipped on December 19th. Days went by, and the phone case still hadn't arrived. I emailed the company and got no reply. I tried to call the company, but the only phone number I could find anywhere was for Corporate Accounts.

Christmas and New Year's came and went. I emailed Accessor Bargains again, asking for a refund of my money, since the phone case was never received. This time I got a reply, telling me my order was being shipped that day. It arrived a couple days later, but as soon as I opened the package, I knew it was a conterfeit.

The plastic phone case was simply thrown into a plain manila envelope (NOT padded or anything), it looked cheap, and there was no packaging or product information / paperwork included.

I emailed Accessory Bargains again, telling them I was not satisfied with the phone case and that it appears to be a counterfeit. I told them I wanted to return the phone case and get my money back. No reply. A week later I sent another email, thelling them to either: provide proof of the product's authenticity (product paperwork / warranty / registration info) OR to refund my purchase price of $45.94. I have not heard from them again.

Clearly, the products sold by Accessory Bargains ARE NO BARGAIN. I was ripped off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It is nearly impossible to contact them, and you have no recourse if not satisfied with the merchandise. I suspect that most, if not all, items sold by this company are counterfeit. This company needs to be shut down!!!

  • Feb 3, 2015

On January 14th I was on Ebay and I clicked on a advertisment of accessory bargains and found very good deals on Apple products and iPhone acessories. I purchased an iphone charger, 30pin adapter and an arm band because they were all 75% off! I was amazed and I am so glad I stopped myself from buying more because there went $25 for nothing. I have emailed and no reply, I have clicked the link to the website and it keeps saying "Site is down for maintenance. Please check back within 24-72 hours. Please email [email protected] for help or questions if needed." even after checking for 3 weeks now! I am very upset that they stole my money and now I can't even get on the website or complain to them. Never trusting sites liie that again!

  • Feb 2, 2015

I purchased four makeup items on Jan. 2 and expidited shipping. I recieved an email stating a shipping label was printed on Jan 9th. I recieved one the the produsts on Jan 26th. I Guess I should be happy that I recieved something, but I am not. I called, emailed, and texted to no avail. They've changed names and when I looked up the shipping label it showed a laundry mat in marmaneck ny. It's rediculous the BS they have gotten away with. I since contacted my credit card company and they are disputing the charges and crediting my account. Thank goodness.I've learned my online shopping leason. I will be much more careful from now on.

  • Jan 28, 2015

I purchased an item online at this website on Jan. 2, 2015 and have still not received the item. So far i have received 3 emails from them 1 about the initial order, 1 about the order has been shipped on Jan 7, 2015, and 1 of which offered a $20 online credit (Because of this delay and inconvenience, we would like to offer you $20 in free merchandise) on Jan 16, 2015.

I tried visiting the website several days ago but now only get "Site is down for maintenance. Please check back within 24-72 hours. Please email [email protected] for help or questions if needed." I did email them on Jan 27, 2015 on the shipping issue and still no response yet.

The email on Jan 7, 2015 stated "NOTE: TRACKING MAY NOT APPEAR IN THE SYSTEM FOR 1-3 DAYS. STATUS DOES NOT UPDATE FROM "ELECTRONIC INFO" UNTIL NEAR DELIVERY TIME. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US UNTIL AT LEAST 10 BUSINESS " really? the tracking number stated "A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 9:48 pm on January 7, 2015 in MAMARONECK, NY 10543." and so far no other info has been changed since.

Otter boxes

Horrible!! I ordered 2 otter boxes on December 28 & paid expedited shipping. The shipping label was created on January 9. The product never went out on a truck. We waited & waited. Emailed & emailed. No RESPONSE from Accessory Bargains. We even threatened a law suit. They DO NOT CARE!! The product did leave their place on January 22. Is that expedited shipping? I don't think so. Product is cheap & ridiculous. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$ on this place.

I ordered $142.00 from this Company (Accessory Bargains) on Dec 20 with expedited shipping. Just like others, did not receive my goods, a shipping label was made but never sent, I've sent several emails and a phone call and same as others, have had NO RESPONSE. I'm currently disputing my credit card charges. I will get my money back but it could take up to 90 days. This Co is a scam and they need to be stopped.

I ordered 2 Otter Boxes for i phone 6. they took my money and did not send cases. Company claims to be in New York but a shipping label was created in California and a USPS label number was generated but when I called the US Postal system they said the package has not shipped.

This company changed names, so called address and phone number since I ordered these in December. They do not answer phone nor do the return my emails anymore. Last email they sent was it was shipped and I should receive by early last week. ordered Dec.28 and still no cases i am so upset and need my money back but don"t know how to do that.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

They have a new website - NY Accessories

Ordered an Otterbox cell phone case on Dec.31, 2014 - On Jan. 2, 2015 received an email with tracking number - with " label created" noted.

Over a period of 2 weeks I contacted USPS to track & all they could tell me was " a label was created". They also thought this was suspicious.

I contacted my bank & disputed the charges and they fortunately credited my account for the amount the scammers took.

To date, I have not received the item I ordered.

They are operating under a new name now and scamming more people!

Never received product

Ordered a Outter box iPhone 5s case on 12/21shipping label created on 12/23 in Mamaroneck New York. I recieved a date for delivery for12/27 stated from the company. No big deal I knew due to the holidays this was a peak period for USPS. Well, it's January 11th, 2015 and still no case. After several emails I recieved on stating I would receive it last week or the first on this week but here is the problem the tracking label hasn't moved or been scanned so their explanation that it doesn't get update until closer to delivery point is a lie. Whenever the label is scanned it shows up on the tracking label. USPS can not locate it.

This is ridiculous and now I'm wondering after reading everyone's posts if it even authentic.

No response from this company they really should be shut down.

Never again.

I have attempted to contact and they advised that they are unable to provide me with a status. They also advised me to not contact them any more. SCAM

I needed a new I phone case so I found this site and they had them fairly cheap(I should have known better) anyway I ordered right after x-mas and after a few days I did get a tracking # and it showed for a week that it was created. After awhile it finally showed it was almost at its destination in CA.....I live in Mass so I sent an email and they said they have no control over USPS and sometimes they route their packages differently I sent an email asking if maybe they gave me the wrong tracking info because now its been delivered to a CA Post Office. They said no its the correct number and it is coming to you the correct location and she had my address correct. I wrote back and said its in CA. Could you please either resend to the correct address or refund my money, but after reading all these complaints I think I'm out my $35.00 cause I have not received anymore emails.

I'm pretty pissed that there still aloud to have a website......Sucks I work hard for my money just to have it thrown out the window

  • Jan 6, 2015

Do not buy from Accessory Bargains. If you do, you will lose your money. They sell fake or damaged items and they will never give you a refund. There have been so many complaints about this online retailer, from all over USA. Better Business Bureau placed ALERT on Accessory Bargains and rated them as F. Accessory Bargains is Online SCAM!!!!!

  • Dec 30, 2014

I purchased Urban Decay Pallete 3, Benefit Mascara, MAC Cosmetic eyeliner for my daughter and granddaughter for Christmas, never entered my mind they would be fake. After gifting these items to my daughter and granddaughter I was told they were fake. I also contacted Urban Decay customer service ad I was told they do not sell thru Acessory Bargains and the palllete was fake. Upon reading an article on FACEBOOK published by Fox News, it was confirmed the items were in fact fake. I am out ~$60 which I could not afford to lose as I have been out of work for 1-1/2 yrs due to a bad back. So if there is any agency out there that can help me get my money refunded, I would appreciate any help to recover my money,

I have requested to return items and get my credit card credited for the purchase, but they only offer exchange or store credit, I told them I do not want a store credit as I will never buy from them again and an exchange for OTHER FAKE products is totally out of the question. I have not heard a word from this compnay, my next step will be to get in touch with my credit card company and resolve the issue.

  • Dec 26, 2014

I have had the same experience as others who made the fatal mistake of ordering from this on-line retailer. I ordered cosmetics (Naked eyeshadow, Bare Minerals base make-up, and an eyeliner on December 12, 2014. I was notified the same day that my order had been received. I asked for (and paid for) expedited shipping. On December 15, 2014 I was notified via e-mail that a shipping label had been created and they provided me a USPS tracking number. My order shows as "shipped" on Accessory Bargains website. Today is December 24, 2014. USPS has no record of the tracking number...other than that a shipping label was created. When I contacted the company via e-mail they said they would not cancel my order, that I was under contractural obligation to pay for this (including the expedited shipping - which they did not live up to) and that "we do not care who you contact" about this matter, and that they would turn me over to a collection company if I cancelled the order on my credit card. They continue to blame the post office for a delay in shipping! As I checked further on the internet I found many reports of people actually receiving products (which are advertised as authentic on their website) that are fake - and still others who haven't received anything at all. This company is running a huge scam. As of this writing I am filing complaints with the postmaster general, the Federal Trade Commission, and my state's Attorney General. I hope that someone will stop these guys!

SCAMMERS !

Ordered Dec.2 for before Xmas delivery . 10 days later - didn't get any conformation. Emailed them - received a response that item will be shipped. Also received tracking number - with " label created" noted.

Another 5 days - tracking shows " label created" and will ship before Dec.22.

Tomorrow is Xmas. Checked the order status - it changed to shipping after Dec.29.

No package, no money, some weird fake tracking numbers .

Don't buy from these scam artists! I placed an order on Dec 13, 2014 for Urban Decay Naked 2 palette. Their website indicates it was shipped on Dec 15, but it can't be tracked on USPS using the tracking number they provided. I assume it still has not shipped, and it is now Dec 22. Their website has no way to contact them other than email, which they likely won't respond to.

Now I have read scam reports on this website, as well as several on Yelp that indicate many have had the same issues. And I see that people who actually got the Naked 2 palette delvered discovered that the items were all fake junk!

This company needs to be put out of business right now!

Fake makeup

I ordered the Too Faced chocolate bar palette and the They're Real Benefit mascara and they are both fakes. I consulted with a makeup artist that works at Sephora and she confirmed this. The genuine chocolate bar palette smells like chocolate and the one I bought from this company had no smell at all. The accessory bargains "They're Real" mascara packaging was different from the real one and their mascara has a tar like consistency and smells like paint. I want a refund, doubt I will get it.

Otter Box for Iphone

I ordered a Otterbox on the 12th of Dec. My shipping label apparently is still being created. Called phone number went to voicemail. Sent e-mail got a nasty DO NOT CONTACT US FOR TEN DAYS. So I do believe I have been scammed. The website looks so legit. Why haven't they been shut down already?

  • Dec 20, 2014

After ordering three items from this website, I received an e-mail from the company confirming my order. Three days later (12/6), I receive notification that the items have shipped. The email I received should have been a big red flag to me as it stated "DO NOT CONTACT US UNTIL TEN DAYS HAVE PASSED FROM THE DATE OF THIS MESSAGE". Clearly written in all caps.

After waiting their mandated ten days, I checked the tracking number of the package. Ten days after it add supposedly shipped, it finally shows up at their local postal facility (12/16), meaning that they hadn't actually shipped the item as they claimed they had. I replied to them and expressed my dissatisfaction with their erroneously stating that the item had shipped when it actually hadn't. I get a reply from them, again in all caps, telling me to click the link to track the package. Yet again, I reply stating that tracking the package is not the problem.

Their delay in actually shipping it and lying about having ahipped it were the problem. The reply I received is nothing short of what horrible customer service is defined as! Here it is:

"The tracking shows where it is. We cannot help you any further. If you are so ignorant that you want to complain to us about something we have no control over then I am sorry we cannot respond any further. Contact USPS with the tracking given to you if you have any questions."

If you value your money and your sanity, take your business elsewhere! It is now 12/20. No sign of my package. No answers from the company as to why it took them 10 days to get my "shipped" package to a mail facility. But I'm the one they have the audacity to call "ignorant"!

I purchased 2 Lifeproof cases for my Iphones on Dec. 2,2014. They were Counterfeit! They are very poor quality phone cases. They will not refund your money. SCAM!! Beware!!

fake

I ordered the chocolate bar pallete on the 3rd of Dec. I got the package 12 days after i got the shipping confirmation so not enough time to return according to their policy. One of the main features of the real pallete is the chocolate scent so the first thing i noticed is that it had absolutely no scent. Obviously a fake. Im filing a report and doing anything I can to get my money back. Biggest scam ever.

My mom sent the items back and now the items was returned to her saying the address was wrong. Could anyone help us on how to get a refund from them? My mom spent more than $100 for 3 naked 2.

Fraud - Accessory Bargains- Online Seller

Please read this first before buying at Accessory Bargains.

I purchased Mia Clarasonic because one reason, and one reason only- cheaper than other online store....well..

It was biggest shopping mistake I have ever made, in my life. I never have encountered this kind of horrible seller in the last 25 years of online shopping experience!

The reasons are as listed in below:

1) Damaged package received: Packing was horrible. They shipped delicate item, Mia Clarasonic, in PLAIN LETTER ENVELOPE without covering or wrapping for damage protection, even though shipping was made from NY, California state.

The box and item was found smashed and partially opened when I received the item.

2) The item tested, and found to be NOT WORKING.

3) Ignored to my e-mail regarding this issue, at first, except sending me their web site address.

4) Hostile in e-mail response to my 2nd e-mail (time frame and possible my next action given), stated "....just follow procedure...I can not help you if you file complaint"

5) Continue to blame carrier and refused to take responsibility for their horrible packing which led to damaged box and item inside.

6) In spite of their horrible unethical packing practice caused all those problem, refused to send me return label, refund and furthermore, they are rude, hostile in response!!!

Beware Scammers, Liars!

I too ordered from this company on Dec 2nd, 2014. I thought they offering such low prices to compete with other retailers during Black Friday! I ordered over $60 worth of makeup for my daughter whom will be 15 on Christmas! After reading the complaints on this site from other consumers I decided that I should check my order status, a tracking # was provided and when I tracked the #, it states, "Shipping Label Created" on Dec 7th.I checked again on the 11th, same status...at this point I sent them an e-mail telling them of the status of tracking # and received a reply from them saying that the tracking # only updates when it's close to the delivery time! A lie! The 13th I checked again, no change...contacted them again and ask if they'd please call the facility and ask if my package had been scanned? Reply received stated: Tracking only updates near delivery time. It is in transit and should arrive this upcoming delivery week and then this reply in all cap locks I might add,IT SHIPPED - SO PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL HERE AGAIN UNTIL 14 DAYS HAVE PASSED OR THE ORDER IS DELIVERED AS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ASSIST YOU ANY FURTHER UNTIL THAT TIME....These people are rude and unprofessional! Even though my order status says my merchandise has shipped, I noticed they've changed the shipping dates on my items to now show will ship by 12/22/14. I contacted PayPal and have started a dispute, also contacted https://www.bigcommerce.com/ 1-888-699-8911 since this was where the email replies originated from! bigcommerce supplies the software for their online store, I was given an email address to contact their legal team...also was assured that they took this seriously and had the authority to shut them down! I urge all consumers who've been scammed by them to call bigcommerce and report them! They'll advocate for you!

FAKE MAKEUP DON'T BUY OR YOU'LL WASTE YOUR MONEY

I PURCHASED URBAN DECAY EYESHADOW PALETTES TRUSTING THIS COMPANY WAS SELLING REAL STUFF. BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THE ITEMS. THEY ARE FAKE. IF YOU WANT TO GET FAKE MAKEUP YOU CAN PAY A LOWER PRICE. BUT PAY THE AMOUNT THESE SCAMMERS, ARE CHARGING FOR FAKE MAKEUP MAKES YOU SO MAD.

  • Dec 10, 2014

They sell fake makeup

I purchased an Urban Decay Naked palette. This was fake, dupe. I finally went to Sephora and purchased the real stuff. When you try to make a review, telling the truth, they don't post the reviews. It seems they write their own fake reviews. And I wonder all the 5 star reviews on this website are also fake. I am so #$%$ off, I was scammed by this company since I paid more than half the price for the dupe when comparing to the real product. Beware. DON'T BUY makeup from this company.

Another thing, do not be confused with the positive reviews about their products even on the review websites, since these may be their own reviews. Scammers!!.

DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY

VERY BAD. PLEASE DONT BUY!

I bought benefit makeup and iphone lightning cables. The cables were not made by apple and were not apple certified either. The makeup was half chinese for instructions!! REPORTED THEM to my credit card company and they reimbursed me. I advise anyone that has been given counterfeit merchandise by Acessories Bargains to do the same. Your credit card WILL reimburse you because it it not what you paid for and intended on! Also- report them to apple, urban decay etc.. as I have done.

  • Dec 7, 2014

Completely a scam. I bought urban decay and got in return $5 walmart brand

  • Dec 4, 2014

Do not buy from them!!

Nothing but junk! I purchased a lightening cable from them and it never worked. I returned it (at my cost) and was given a store credit but it was not enough to cover shipping me a new one. What a rip-off. Do not give them your business.

  • Dec 4, 2014

fake otterbox

I bought an otter box ( or so it said) when I received it ,it is just one piece of plastic. Can't even put a phone in it and certainly offers no protection. I am going to try to go to my bank for my money back. No sense in dealing with them any more

  • Dec 4, 2014

Counterfeit products

Same thing happened to me...received a fake palette and when asked for a refund was sent a link to their return policy (which isn't even posted on their website)...with ALL of these bad reviews, why is the company still open?? What they are doing is ILLEGAL!! I filed a report with BBB and apparently the letter sent to them was returned because the address they use is fake!! SCAM ARTISTS!!

  • Dec 4, 2014

I bought over 400$ worth of Urban Decay makeup, when I received it, it was all fake. Every last bit of it! I am disgusted and out 400$! Do not buy from these people, major rip off.
