Account Control Technology is a company commiting FRAUD. I gave in to the harrasing phone calls to rehabilitate my student loan because they were constantly calling my father and I had no way to stop it. They promised it would rehabilitate in 9 months and it took 12. They overcharged my bank account twice and I only got one payment reversed. they "sold" my loan 7 weeks ago and have so far garnished approximately $600.00 that have not been returned to me or applied to my loan. It doesn't matter how many times you call them, when they do happen to answer, all I get is "the check is in the mail." I have had to place my new loan on forbearance adding more interest because obviously I can't pay due to the ongoing garnishment. I Strongly advise to NOT accept any form of "help" they offer.. you will be RIPPED OFF!!!

ACT has started to garnish my wages for $62000 I have no knowledge of and has NEVER been reported on my credit reports.
