It's my opinion that this dealership has unfair and possibly fraudulent business practices. After making a cash deposit of several thousand dollars the owner Anthony sent word that the bank denied the loan /// ok agreed however the contract failed to specify within how many days the vehicle needed to be returned if this were to happen // either way no harm done the vehicle was ready to go back until I was informed that he was keeping all of the cash that was put down on the vehicle ... The contract clearly lays out what is to happen and both sides however Anthony chose to send a tow truck for the car and keep all the cash claiming "we had no receipt " again the contract states clearly there was a deposit and clearly does NOT check a deferred down payment box please be careful when dealing with the car lot ... After doing some research several other complaints in reviews are visible all complaining of poor customer service !!!
