I have been reading all of this crazy stuff about Jimmy at Aces High Bullmastiffs. It is really weird to me , because I have bought 3 Bullmastiffs from him over the last 6 years. I bought 3 Females, 2 red and 1 fawn all at separate times, Zoey, Bella, Lola, at least a year or more in between. I mean honestly the only complaint I ever had was that he didn't get me updated pics as fast as I wanted them. I each time was so excited to see her that I wanted new pics, of course I would get them but just not as quickly as I would have liked. In his defense, he said he didn't like to send new photos until they reached so many weeks , because they do change so much and sometimes can look like different puppies. I have, in all 3 instances received the puppy I was expecting, and each time she was an amazing, beautiful, loving girl. Obviously I'm sure that all of these stories I'm reading have to have some merit, and it is possible that due to the many personal problems he has been experiencing, he has been unable to focus on the customers as much as he has in the past. I am just saying that I have had 3 great experiences and I wanted that to be out there with all the bashing going on................
I bought a Bullmastiff from this piece of shit 10 yrs ago, I ordered A MALE BRINDLE , after he took my deposit not one picture either!! Nor would he answer the phone for weeks. Finally the piece of shit said the dog had died and could send me a Red Fawn which I accepted because I spent $1500 so what was I going to do at that point. He never could prove the dog even existed let alone had died!!! I guess at the end he just got one from somewhere all for all I know stole one and shipped him across the country to me, The dog was a great dog, but he had numerous medical issues for his short 4 yrs of life.I hope this piece of shit gets his karma one day!! Hey Jimmy I hope you are suffering as the dogs did that you so called bred with ACE and Diamond that were so called AKC certified you piece of shit!!! Whoever is writing the one or 2 good reviews is probably his piece of shit wife!!! Adios you piece of shit!!
It seems everyone who deals with jimmy have the same problem.. with me , he was eager to answer all questions in the beginning. After he got my deposit, no returned phone calls or emails. Then when he finally got back with me, he triedoicking the dog i wanted. I tild him no that i wanted a fawn puppy. And for whatever reason he thought a different dog would fit me better. To top it off he usues a pet carrier by car. When tgis lady dropped off my puppy it was full of poop and filthy. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
this guy scammed us as well in 2010!!!!!!!! Jim lied from the start, never sent more than 1 picture, and then no calls. He pretty much lied said dog died and had a different one for me. Needless to say dog has huge issues and his phone was shut right off PFFT I can't believe Mr . Burkett is still doing this!!!!
Contacted this guy Jimmy, Actually i was on the website and fill out info and he contacted me. He was asking for 500 deposit, He emailed a receipt right away, I said this guy is legit, boy wass i wrong. He said in Three weeks the new Litter would be born. I told him i need the puppies before christmas, because my Bullmastii Malcom died after 12 years of owning him. He said no problem. I ask for photos and he sends me a fawn male. I said it looks good but he said it wsnt ready to be shipped out. I waited 6 weeks after that conversation and he sends me a different photo of a red fawn, I said to him that they look Red. He said thats all he had. I eas confused because he only showed one puppy, usually litters are 8 to 12. I gave him the benefit of the dought. He contacts me after another 2 weeks. The puooy is ready to be shipped out. Here is the flight info you get the dog on friday. He calls me friday morning and tells me he cant ship the puppy because it got hurt in the kennel. It sounded like B.S. to me. I ask to see the vet bill as proof that he wasnt lying, guess what. you guess right he didnt replied. I didnt say anything after that. I contacted my credit company. They back charge the credit to the merchant and got my 1500 back. I kept quiet and he contacted me saying that he had another litter coming in 8 weeks. I said ok no problem, Little did he know that at that point i really didnt care anymore. I had already reached out to a breeder in Lancaster P.A. I got better results there. Im enjoying my new SAmson. She is a good breeder. Not like Jimmy with the story about he got divorce, he sons baby has coccaine in the blood. Please spare me the B.S. and stop ripping people off. He eventually found out that i backcharge the merchant and got my money back. For everyone one out there stay away from this guy. If you already into the mess , call your credit card company. If there anything like chase you are A ok.
