Jeff Adams Jeff Adams Foreclosure Profits A Part of The Real Estate "Fraternity" of "See What Sticks"??? Yes! Upland California

Whenever there is an opportunity to thrive in a real estate market that breeds opportunity as well as vague marketing schemes, I am sorry to say that this is another one of those programs that teases and doesn't fulfill.

Since we already all know that now is a great time to be purchasing foreclosures and pre-foreclosures in this real estate cycle, MANY individuals who have had the ability over the years to join a "Guru-Network" (similar to a Fraternity) and capitalize off all of their database, will inherently do VERY well by seeign what sticks to the walls. Out of the millions of email campaigns that went out introducing Jeff Adam's New Found Secrets and guides to Foreclosures, you need to remember that these other RE "Gurus" get well-compensated for driving as many cattle to the stalls as possible. Unfortunately, I see that this still remains true with what Jeff Adam's is offering.

Any one reading this should understand that even if you are a seasoned investor, such as I am, if you aren't continually learning, then you are burning up your ability to continually create new niches and methods of looking at RE transactions in a different light. With that being said, I decided to go ahead and see waht this "NEW_IDEA" book truly entailed for REO (bank owned properties) and foreclosures. "Maybe" there was something new that I still didn't capitalize on. For only the cost of shippign and handling, what could really go wrong. RIGHT?

After receiving the materials, reading over the elementary book that is being touted as the best thing since sliced banana peels, or sliced bread, I was truly disappointed in discovering that all the HYPE is nothing more than HYPE. Any knowledgeable individual over teh age of 15 would already understand the fundamentals put forth within this "book", if it could be called so.

But, the purpose of this rp-off report isn't for the purposes of me describing how much of an entrapment it is, more so in how it breeds the ineffectiveness of so many so called "Actively-investing" Gurus who do nothing more than promote their "Gold At The End Of The Rainbow" dreams and really are just a part of a Fraternal Real Estate Organization, making more money in selling the dream rather than offeering a viable, proven method of having those dreams come to fruition through support, hand-holding, a proven system and success. Isn't that what this whole part shoud be about anyway; massively changing people's current circumstances? Regrettably, this system is nothing more than hot-air and lacking information.

Here is my biggest concern: After receiving the information and realizing that is was nothing more than a ploy to get people to (sometimes unknowingly I assume) be charged a monthly fee of $197 for being "In The System", and upsold on various other "opportunities", I immediately went to the site www.foreclosureprofitssupport.com and placed a request to cancel all further relations and to cancel my subscription and any upcoming recurring billings. This request was placed on MARCH 24th. As Jeff Adam's can only be reached by this method, and as I received a confirmation email that their billign department had received my request, I though all was well.

GUESS WHAT? Nope. All was not well. Come to find out, on APRIL 10th (2009), I was automatically billed $197.00 dollars for his recurring monthly charges. Guess how I am feeling? I have placed another formal complaint on his billing site email (as this is the only way) and if I don't hear back soon, I will need to cancel the CC and seek other actions.

Again, it is the whole philosophy, the whole "game" of seeing what sticks, who will complain, who will even notice that they were charged and who makes enough of a stint to take the time to help others out so they don't make the same mistake themselves. Unlike these "gurus", I AM successfully purchasing 2-5 properties a month in the pre-foreclosure market and truly believe that there are a few good systems out there to help those who REALLY want to become financially secure. Don't give up on your search but PLEASE, do yourself a favor and avoid these types of ploys.

Jeff Adam's system is definitely not worth what is given.

I wish each and every one of you success though. Don't give up, just don't given in to these schemes!
