Werner construction, LLC completed (all passing city inspection) approximately thirty six construction contract jobs on twelve different jobsites for Adanac Enterprises Corp. Once Adanac Enterprises was over seventy thousand dollars in debt to Werner Construction, they stopped payments and ceased doing business with us. Through property liens and nine months of constant calling, we re-cooped all but twenty two thousand dollars. We have filed a Arizona ROC complaint against Adanac Enterprises (complaint # 2014-2167) for non-payment of contract. Dave and Sue Fix are the owners of a predatory business that preys upon hardworking honest people for their own selfish, self-serving greed for money - other peoples money.

Adanac's superintendent Denny Henderson, left his home state after declaring bankruptcy and ripping off dozens of home owners and contractors. He is a dishonest con/scam artist and cheats contactors and home/business owners on behalf of Dave Fix. On one particular job: Fire Damaged Apartments 3102 E Clarendon Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85016, after not being paid for four months, Dave Fix lied to me, telling us we have a "pay when paid contract" clause on his contract, and that supersedes our "pay within 30 day contract". Unbeknownst to Dave Fix, I found out through the next door neighbor that Dave Fix bought the property because of lack of coverage.

When I confronted him that this job is his considered a personal investment and legally not subject to his contract, only then did he cough up the payment. Dave Fix scams sub-contractors into giving him free construction financing by not paying them and attempting to exhaust their efforts through litigation and lawsuits. Another job: Mitchell Residence; 3202 W Sierra Vista Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85017, I myself collected the $52,000.00 check that arrived from the insurance company via Fed EX, and handed it over to homeowner Mr. Mitchell when he arrived onsite. He then signed it and handed it over to Denny Henderson. We did thirty five thousand dollars worth of work since start on this job, Adanac had done approximately ten thousand.

They paid us less than half of what they owed us and kept (stole) the rest. Since Dave Fix only had costs of permit, job-site fence and carting off the burnt timbers, (less than 10K), he failed convincing me (a thirty five year General Contractor and experienced estimator) that he had more invested in this job than we did. Soon afterwards, the owner Mr. Mitchell threw Denny Henderson off the job and fired Adanac. We still have not been paid and that was December 2013. We are currently suing Adanac for non-payment. This ordeal has cost my family and I much stress and mental anguish. We were forced to sell a prize collector car and motorcycle to pay our employees and vendors because Adanac failed to honor their financial obligations.
