Address123.co.uk Reviews

  • Jul 17, 2015

Did some reading on the Internet and realised that Address123 + all the other NUMEROUS business names that they use in scams. Read that people wer being scammed left, right and centre from the head location which is based in Hertfordshire.

Address123 scam people into paying incremental renewal costs to receive mail at the Hatton Garden address. Have been trying to gain access to my post for over two years, as a small business start up. Realised that when I voiced my concern over their 'customer service' I began to receive a noticeable level of spam mail. As a start up business working from I thought that they may be of benefit to me. How wrong was I.

They hold on to bank details and cards, plus other business papers that are time constraint. I have lost various opportunities through this company. They do not forward business post which is needed in real time, NOT five months or more. They refuse to answer my emails and any calls, so I am left with having to restart my start up through another avenue. Funds that I can ill afford to waste. Yet, I have with Address123.

Address123 have gone completely quiet and I have no idea how to access my mail which is held at Hatton Garden. There must be bags and bags of mail waiting to be dealt with. Postal mail that has to be acknowledged and received by paying clients. Having to provide personal and private identification when registering with Address123, the impression that this information can be used fraudulently is not far away.

I am left with no other conclusion that Address123 is a fraudulent company and continues to scam money over the Internet as well as selling information of clients.

They acknowledge confirmation of monies paid into their Barclays bank account one week later. ALL response is from an auto responder. NO-ONE acknowledges telephone calls and email queries.

The only option now is to report them over the Internet so that as many people as possible know about them. Contact trading standards and the police in City of London to report Address123.

The question is always, how can I retrieve my post from over two years ago? Address123 were not AND are not providing the service that they say they are professional in. Professional is not the word that comes to mind.

I am hoping that the police gain access to their premises, prosecute the owners and have the mountains of postal mail forwarded to their rightful owners. Or, have the rightful owners of the mail collect the mail.

The ICO are pathetic and do nothing - data protection number provided to Address123 to give them the tools to commit fraud. Camden council are supposed to be partners with Address123 and they seem to be turning a blind eye to the fraud. HMRC are only interested in taxes paid, not in the operation of the business even though MLR Central Intervention Team have provided them with a MLR number to give them carte blanche to commit fraud. Another tool to commit fraud in England.
