I ordered 100 lipgloss tubes to be personalized and to be here in plenty of time to give to my grandson for a birthday gift. I was shocked when I got notice that it went via Paypal. But I figured I would get my order. The money was out of my account within a couple of days. After two weeks, I made contact with e-mail to find out when my order was coming. I got a reply that it would be arriving within a few days. It had been sent. Another few weeks and it still had not come. Again I sent them an e-mail. This time the guy named Nick said it was sent already. It is never came.
A few weeks again I am sending this Nick guy more e-mails asking for my money back including the S&H as I never got anything. He was rude and asked that I stop sending him e-mails. He called me some names also. One time when we were going back and forth...he said that company had closed down that day and he was no longer able to do anything! I threatened to report him and he seemed not to be concerned!
Strange thing...He once said that he thought it was ordered through adlips.com. I said no I sent it through .net. He also said he had checked on it and it was being sent that day. I never got anything for my $60!
