THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST DISSAPOINTING EXPERIENCE EVER! I have been trying to contact Lucky Dog foundation for almost a year asking for the neutering reimbursements as well as reimbursement for the microchip. Let me start off by saying that many adoption places only allow their dogs to be adopted after 8 weeks and they told us that as wel and told us our pup was 8 weeks old. We went to the vet that they gave us a "coupon" for and the vet told us he seemed to be 5 weeks old and most likely not vaccinated, he was also checked for micro-chip and there was NO SIGN OF A MICROCHIP. At this point I was already stressed out, but when we went to the front desk to check-out, They were charging us! They didn't know who Lucky Dog was but out of the goodness of their hearts they gave us the first consultation for free eventhough i pretty much handed them a "fake coupon" from Lucky Dog. The coupon was supposed to give us a free consultation at this animal hospital but it turned out to pretty much be super fake. This was in Late 2013....

Since october 2013 i've been trying to reach out to lucky dog EVERY MONTH asking for my two reimbursements, one for the neutering and one for the microchip that I paid for at another vet later on, it is now August 2014. EVERY SINGLE one of my emails has the receipt for both as well as the microchip number and our address where they can send us the reimbursement. NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING has been received from Lucky Dog, no reimbursement, no reply email, no nothing. Without a fail I email every month. I am thinking of filing a police report since I actually even have the phone number of the person who brought me my pup that night. This is too much and after reading the first report filed on Lucky Dog, I realized that this is nothing new for them and so like I said, i'm thinking about taking legal action against them. After all, this was all included in the contract and therefore counts as a breach of contract. All dogs deserve a loving home but we are trusting the shelters and rescues to legally and correctly take us through the way to helping these dogs out. Not only does Lucky Dog dissapoint me but i'm a college student, every penny counts and not receiving my reimbursement is a great burden for me.
