Worst company ever!

Worst company ever. I was walking around in the mall when they "caught" me. The seller told me all products was organic and I trusted him and bought some stuff from him. When i got home i realised it all was false, it wasn't organic and contained a lot of bad indigents, both for my skin and for the nature. When I tried to return the creams they refused to take it back since they had a no refund policy and it was not possible to make a refund in the store. But since they tricked me I told them they had to refund me. The seller told me to call their "client service" since he couldn't do anything. He claimed "he was on my side" and that "he wanted to help me but he couldn't". Bullshit. Then he could made me a refund.

When I called the client service number they only took calls on fridays. I told the seller that I'm back in my home country by then and I need to solve this now. He told me that I could ship the products when I'm home. Seriously, send products from Sweden to the states, and might not get my money back?? No way! He also claimed that it was the Jewish new years and that was the reason they didn't answer the phone until Friday. When I told him that that was bullshit he got offended and pulled the "you don't respect religion" card. He said that he could take my number and e-mail and that they will call me when the "new years" was over. He asked me to enter my details in their computer, and then I saw their card machine with a big button on it that said "refund", but he still claimed that they couldn't make refund. Bullshit.

I went in to another store to ask for advice. A really nice woman told me to go to the client service of the mall. I could see and hear from her that she new that this company was not really serious. She also told me that the Jewish new years already was over. So yes, It was bullshit. I went to the client service and told my story. The guy over there helped me and he understood directly the problem. He told me to go back to the kiosk. The first guy I met was now gone and I talked to another man. He still tried to pull off that they didn't do refund and the creams was organic, but now I felt that it would work. First he tried to offer me 70% refund what I payed, since I already opened some of the products. I said no. Then we did a compromise of 85%. I felt ok to pay 15% to learn a big lesson and to get rid of these crappy products!!

Stay away from this company! I feel really said for these people that has to work with this kind of management and I feel even more sorry for all the clients!

Jerks

My husband and I were having a nice day strolling along in the Venetian doing some shopping. An attractive lady offered us some samples and, not to be rude, accepted them. Expecting to go on our way, a good looking man with a French or Italian accent asked if we had a minute. We were in not hurry so agreed. He had us both sitting in chairs across from each other. Long - VERY long - story short, he did face masks on both of us. The eye cream had an immediate dramatic effect and I was interested although still leery. He said the eye cream would be $175 and we agreed to purchase that and he said it came with the lotion. He took our card and handed us our bag very quickly and started to talk very fast again. In the end, he had a $7900.00 complete facelift package that he would sell to us for only $2500 because he liked us and felt that we were friends. We said we had to think about it and then he doubled the deal and said that he would give us 2 complete packages. Then the complete cleansing system. Then a bunch of perfume and blah blah. But wait! There's more! Just like on the infommercials on tv. We said that we would like think about the entire package over lunch and just leave the eye cream here. He said we had to leave with the eye "serum in a syringe" and if we did not come back within the hour, all of the other specials would not be offered. I could smell a rat and this guy Koby smelled horrific. We walked out of the store and I immediately got out my phone and googled them and sure enough - SCAM...SCAM..SCAM...story after story. AND when we looked at our receipt for the eye cream, he had charged us $375 instead of the $175. We immediately went back to Koby the con, to get a refund. Our best buddy turned into a total jerk and refused. After humiliating him with the security guards and threats from my bank and the mall manager, he finally gave us a refund. And the wrinkles that faded the first hour were gone an hour later. I don't know why the Better Business Bureau doesn't shut them down. There was another one in a different casino and they were about to make a HUGE sale to an elderly couple and my husband went in and told them not to buy the snake oil and they looked at us and said really? And we gave them an abbreviated version of what we just went through. They left the store and the salesman was screaming at us about him losing a sale. We were laughing at him so hard and I think that made him more angry. Jerks. How do people like that sleep at night? Karma is a bitch and they are eventually going to get bitched slapped.

Pure Scam 2016

Total scam! Purchased over $1,000.00 worth of their products just to get away from the high pressure salesman who called himself Mossimo. This happened in Dallas at Dallas Gift Market in the Cash & Carry in January 2016. I am still fighting for my refund after returning all of the products within 24 hours. This company is under some umbrella company called SWM International LLC. The products burned my face! My credit card company which is a Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Visa through Chase Bank has not helped at all. I will have to get my attorney involved it appears! Stay way from anyone who sells these products!

I am a middle aged woman who is feeling the aging process and hate to admit I fell victim to two ruthless beauty stores in Las Vegas, Nevada.

I purchased beauty products at Adore Bath & Beauty and also from L'Core Fashion Show, both companies are in Las Vegas, Nevada off the strip. The sales staff are very good at what they do in telling you what you want to hear and using high pressure sales tactics that the products are working within minutes of them putting it on you.

Please don't fall for the extremely high priced beauty products they will try to sell you as anti-aging and overall good products for your skin. Also, free shipping to your home so you don't have to worry about it in your luggage is also a hard sale.

I had an allergic reaction to the L'Core snakeskin products at the first store and went to another store the next day where I was sold a "better" line of beauty products. I had no idea that neither store would not issue cash refunds.

Both stores were to ship my products at both because I live out of state. I was assured a refund wouldn't be a problem (promise made by the sales trainer for the stores) since the order had not shipped yet. She also gave me the customer service rep name and number I needed to contact for the refund. I tried calling the second day after the first purchase (same day I made the second purchase) and they wouldn't work with me at all at customer service. I was just told over and over "NO REFUNDS" with a foreign accent I was having trouble understanding.

The first order I returned immediately upon receipt after it was shipped to my home with tracking information and insurance showing it was returned to the store and the second order I never received anything at all for my purchases charged on my credit card. I had carry on luggage only and you can't take creams in your carryon which is why I asked for it to be shipped.

To make a long story short, I have been fighting this since November of 2013 with no resultion other than my being out over $2,600 between the two stores. The store's customer service wont work with you once you walk out and purchase anything!!!!!!

They are very good at high pressure sales and telling you what you want to hear, not the truth ... and once you walk out after buying you are screwed as they also lie to the credit card company. I am out all this money and both stores lied to my credit card company on their chargeback responses and they honored the purchases regardless of my very documented detailed information.

Please don't be screwed like I was by ruthless merchants (Adore Bath and Beauty and L'Core Fashion Show) and sorry credit card companies (Synovus) that will leave you high and dry. You are out the money and NO ONE will help you.

This was a very painful and extremely expensive lesson for me learn. I am an (((competitor's name redacted))) Rep and know better and today, I am still using my (((redacted))).
