My baby attended this day care for a year and a half. One of the staff members continually lied to me about applying diaper rash cream to my baby. My baby would come home raw with severe diaper rashes. Then I came to find out from another employee at this facility that they NEVER applied it. Additionally, my baby always begged for water upon picking her up and drank an entire cup giving me the impression she was rarely given water. A male non-employee was constantly hanging around the facility for several weeks. In another incident, one child was very ill with a contagious illness and all parents were not informed by paper as we should have been. This put our children at risk since we were not made aware of the situation and did not know what symptoms to look out for if our child did in fact catch the illness as well. There was also a bad roach problem which was reported on 4 or 5 different occasions and nothing was done about it. I saw very large roaches crawling in two of the rooms where the children were on 4-5 different occasions. Some of the employees are very caring and great people but overall I would not recommend this day care to any parent.
