I have received numerous calls from unknown phone numbers saying he was David Weak and he has paperwork that he needs to serve at my work or home and told me to call back 866-948-1086. This was an automated call. I called it back from work and spoke with a woman. She asked me to confirm the last four numbers of my social security to find my file. I confirmed the numbers she said and she asked me to pay $2486. I told her that I was current with all my payments and she started yelling at me. I told her to stop calling me and she said she was going to speak with my supervisor at work and hung up on me. I called them back and they don't answer my calls any more. I keep receiving automated calls everyday.
I just called them today from a different number (April, 1 2015 at 1:20pm MST). They told me that I have to pay $1200 or they would send someone to arrest me. They asked me to send a Moneygram express payment to AFFINITY Processing Solutions. File 739267 Code 13915. I told them that I was on my way to send the payment. I am sure this is SCAM but they keep calling.

i called and a lady answered the phone she tells me that i owe money $200 to a company that i never had any dealings with and she can talk to the attorney about reducing the amount after she comes back on phone she had good news for me that it has been granted and will need to pay only $1700 .....ok!!
then i ask her for proof of the debt and if i can get a copy for my records ....what happens next is TOO MUCH she starts yelling at me ( IF I WASNT GOING TO PAY THE DEBT WHTY THE F*** DID I MAKE HER GO ASK FOR A REDUCTION ) she starts calling me looser and that i will pay oneway or another.....i asked if i can get her info she said NO idiot...asked for her name and she said NO you f___ng Loser she tells me that she knows were i work and she will see me in court....OOOOOO how much i would love to see her ....HANG UP!!!
I called again today 04/02/2015 and i get her on the phone i told her i need to know where and when i would be recieving my court summons she blew me off and told me that she knows where i work and knows my supervisor name and will be giving him a call ....ohhhh wow now she gone to far my info or any privite info shouldnt be disclosed to anyone but me.......
