This is a Low income Senior Citizen Ripoff. Cash up front......Leghthy Convencing Video Presentation.....while waiting up to 3 hours.....no mention of guarentee or refund......one day service...... that takes most of the day sitting and retaking mistakes....unqualified, and rude dental tech to adjust teeth to fit.....Had two top partials made.....within 4 days first tooth fell off while not eating, returned with partial and tooth to have repaired....dental tech said could not take partial and tooth because it was unsanitary....left came back with tooth in plastic sealed bag.....dential tech refused to eccept partial and tooth for repair, because the Doctor was not there. She indicated she, and the Doctor would loose there license if she took partial in.... went back third time, same day, the receptionist said no problem and took tooth for repair. Also mention that dential tech said she and Doctor could loose their license if she took tooth. Tooth was going to be repaired while I waited.....after about an hour, I told receptionist I had a bad back and I would return the following day.
Retuned the following Day 10/16/2014 at 2p.m. Dental tech was rude opened door and nodded to come in. She re- adjusted both upper partials, and I was reasonably happy, thanked everybody even though treated badly and disrespected.
Got home, was eating white rice and a different tooth fell off of the denture, Today 10/17/ at 9 am return with denture in plastic sealed bag, the receptionist told me she could not take the partial and tooth in for repair that doing that is fround upon, to have a seat and someone will be with me soon. Realizing once they got my money in advance.....even after I told them I was 100% disabled from three blown lumbar disk in my back.....they could care less. My next door neighbor told me he had the same problem with the same Afforable Denture Company, and he solved the problem by super glueing the teeth back on.....and that worked much better than Affordable Dentures repairing them several times a week.
I will be talking to my Attorney about a class action resolution on this matter,.....I cant spend the rest of my days sitting and waiting for teeth to be repaired.
