I asked for a sample of African Mango and for $4.95 shipping I was sent a 2 weeks supply. A few days later, I began getting calls from some clinic asking me to join their program since I had ordered the African Mango product. I told them I was not interested and to not call me back. I never signed anything. About 2 weeks later, I saw theat $77.86 had been taken out of my checking account so I called to ask why. I was told by a "man" named Paris that my trial period had expired and I had not notified them to cancel my "subscription" so I was billed the $77.86. He was willing to refund my money that I felt was deceptively taken from me. I called the next morning and spoke with "John" and complained again. He first said he was sorry and that he would refund 25% of my money. I refused, asking for a full refund. I told him I would report his company if I did not get my money back. He then offered to refund me 50% of my money. I told him again that his company was not ethical and very deceptive and I would contact the BBB. He then offered to refund 75% of my money and by that time I was tired of dealing with this moron. I asked him to send me an email confirmation that he was refunding 75% of my money and he did. He claimed that the phone calls I got following my receipt of the product were not associated with his company. I asked him then how did these people get my name, phone number and knowledge that I received this product. He couldn't answer that. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDS AND NEED TO BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE AND SHUT DOWN.
