This is a simple story but please read the entire story. This all started when a man named Jamie Riely ( who my client thought was a friend and turned out to be a total fraud andnot only owes my client but also a lady by the name of KAREN who did work for him $60,000. ) introduced my client to a new client Robert Gyemant and Dan Griffen of AG&G advisors ( who falsely used that name to try to obtain private financing and LOIs for the purpose of purchasing CROs. which we can prove in a long email chain and text messages.
A contract was signed By Robert Gyemant who has a law licence in the state of CA. Picture that he is a lawyer and does not keep his word when it comes to contracts that he signs. So for the past several weeks since Mid June of this year there was a different excuse each day and week. Bottom line is they will have you do the work and walk away from the contract and have their do boy Jamie put off paying you giving you every excuse like he sorry his mother is in hospice and 2 minutes later text you something else like he is on a plane heading someplace. If you live in Flodida and have a business for sale avoid these guys like a case of EBOLA. All they will do is get an LOI issued by one company for a low price and back door in with anothor they are famous for holding up sales of companies with their Loi scam.
So at the end of the day the only thing these clowns understand is court. The fact that you wont get paid is one thing LENDERS beware if they cant pay a small invoice what makes you think they are going to pay your loan back.rosen.frank at yahoo dot com.
