We threatened legal action and she finally returned our call yesterday, begging us not to. We asked where our beef was and she said she would have to look at refund options, which I understand to mean we never had a steer and the hanging weight was invented. We called the butcher she deals with, he said he has never been backed up. We asked Sarah for a refund, she said her PayPal is locked due to several disputes. We will be attempting to press charges.
