Ray roped me in. Like others I was even referred to another mortgage broker first for verification. The one I was referred to is actually a top producer so I felt pretty good with what she said so I proceeded. Turns out she stopped using them shortly after I signed up. Long story short...$3000 down the drain. I was promised 32 leads and received 12 before they stopped responding to phone and email. The 12 I did get were brutal. Clients told me they basically said yes just to get off the phone with the bully telemarketer. Do NOT go anywhere near these guys.
I was contacted and very reluctant to get his services. He promised me a certain amount of leads within 2 weeks. A contract was done up and he even provided me with 2 references ( 1 actual mortgage broker in ontario) that said his services were good( obviously in the scam). I even questioned him on the single complaint on the interent about him. He was very convincing that he works with thousands of brokers and insurance agents etc, and to only have one complaint! He made many many promisses ..... no of them were fufilled.
Excuses after excuses after excuses, and is now 8 months later and no leads. Like the other complaints in this section, he has jsut stopped returning calls and emails.
DO NOT SEND HIM MONEY and dont even negotiate. you will only loose your hard earned money on this SCAM.
After reading all the complaints I have put my file tohether with all the commuincations andf contracts and email from Ray and will be forwarding to the Delhi Police commisioner. I do not expect anything from this, but can only warn potential victims of this scam!
Gautam from this company contacted me during last week of December 2013. He explained me that his company provides qualified appointments for mortgage brokers. I had declined his offer but he was phoning me 4-5 times a day.
After that he has brought another 2-3 mortgage brokers on the conference call and they endorsed that they have used the services of this company. I wired him $700 in the first week of January 2014. But Gautam never provided me single appointment so far till April 28 2014.
I think he has opened a similar style new company in Ontario area. Now he calls the mortgage brokers again under diffrent name. He is not using his name Gautam anymore. It is a big scam.
Stay away from this company and keep an eye if somebody is calling you again t under diffrent compnay name then he would be the same person who is sing diffrent names like Ray , Gautam or Allen etc.
