We bought a puppy from Ashley, which at only a year old is blind and can't walk on more than three legs. We were told she has luxating patella's and will need surgery. She can't see and walks into walls, we are not able to take her out on walks. She is skinny and keeps throwing up because she has allergies to everything. We were told that the parents were healthy and were shown pictures of them. Ashley met us in a parking lot in Parksville by the beach, dropped off our puppy then quickly was on her way. We never got any papers on our dog even though she called them purebred, we have no records of who our dogs was from. She said the mom and dad were 17 pds and our dogs is 28 pds. I don't even know if she is a purebred or a mix now. I have tried to follow her web site, but over the last two years she has removed everything and locked everyone out. He doesn't return emails and when we request to see her locked pages no response. She is the queen of avoidance and hiding. She will not return our calls or emails.
I am gathering we are not the only ones that has had this problem from the number of complaints I have read.
I'm sure some people have gotten a healthy dog but I'm just letting you know that our 1500 purebred was not healthy and we feel scammed.
I believe it comes down to making money and that's all. Here are some other reports we found.
