On 8/27/2014 I had my vehicle towed by Akita/Tiger Towing. the vehicle was brand new no damages, even the driver noticed that as I gave the driver the keys and address and left to go to work. the following day I went to pick my vehicle up from my family house and it had a big dent in the rear quarter panel not bumper but quarter panel. I contacted the driver, he stated the company would handle it and he would have the insurance company get back to me. so over a weeks time frame i didnt hear from the driver or the company, I contacted the driver again he then said he wan't employed and the owner is't in the line of paying for damages but he did give me the number to contact the owner. After see that i asked he did he even know the insurance company which he did provide me with but couldn't give me the policy number or aything. I contacted the insurance company, thhey asked for proof bust stated the owner wanted me to contact by phone him, Now i've delt with enough snakes to know when was gonna get screwed so i emailed him but he refused to talk thru email which said allot so i then again talk with the insurance company and found out he wasn't covered for on hook. This is rediculous.
