Living in New York, I have been taking taxis most of my life. I can honestly say that this is the worst taxi company that I ever had the misfortune of using. I called one evening to get a taxi to the LIRR in Freeport. The dispatch ( a female) told me that there was 1/2 hour wait. I called forty minutes later and she told me that I didn't tell her to write down my address. Huh? I have to tell you to do your job? She then told me that I had to wait another half an hour. I found this unacceptable and told her so. This is actually the second time that this has occurred with this cab company and the same ditzy dumb***. She put me on hold for several minutes and then cut me off. I called back several times and kept getting disconnected. I called from another number and she picked up. Poor service and even poorer customer service. Trust me, if you are trying to get anywhere in a hurry or expect competent service, look ELSEWHERE.
