As many others have reported on this company, we two fell into their mail trap. Received a postcard stating that if we sat through a 90 min presenation of thier business that would reward with a free cruise and airfair if needed. After the presenations was over they met with us couple by couple. When the lady said yall just here for the free trip, we said well yes of course. She gave us the necessary paper work. Sent in the $99 deposit which was no big deal. Finally received cruise dates and cost, yes I said COST. There was a Reservation fee, new bost fee, non commissionable fees, out of season charge, And taes and port fees which it did say we was resoonable for those. Any way the total crusie was an average of $200. So how is that FREE!
After contacting All Points they explanied to me that they dont handle cruise trips its a 3rd party that does. Wait... I just sat through a 90 min presenation of how this company was the best travel company to use, they got the cheapest rates, but they passing this off to a 3rd party.
When contacting this 3rd party they just laughed and said oh well you got took. Then I have continued to contact All Points back and was told by "the owner" they never have sent out such paper offers. and they have nothing to do with the 3rd party returning my money.
These people need to be stopped. This is wrong. I will do everything in my power to make sure no one gets caught up in this mess of lies. Cant report to the BBB because they are not members. I wish I would have know about this site to read all the other complaints against this company.
My husband and I went to sit through a 90 minute presentation that we supposily got a FREE 3 day 2 night trip to anywhere in the US. We went and sat through it. They made it sound wonderful of course, Promising they beat priceline and any online travel site hands down. What a fool I was to believe them but we bought the smallest package offered which was still 3,000.00. I could not get a password to even review their site to see REAL offers until 4 days later when they finally provided it. I called to try to cancel immediaily and was told it had to have been done within 48 hours and there was no refunds and I had already signed the contract. I sent in for the FREE trip, which after recieving the paper work for and reading the fine print was NOT free. It had to be sent with a 100.00 deposit and upon reservation additional moneys had to be sent. All the taxes and different fees they want to charge me. Leaving me basically paying for my most to if not all of my FREE trip. I sent the request form in with the money. I have now waited 7+ months and every where I request to go, on different dates has been regected, because they could not find travel on those dates. It wasn't over holidays or even weekends always. My husband and I sent in the money for our one week resort stay we are allowed 1 per year and they jacked us around, trying to put us up in Ft. Myers FL when we requested Orlando, telling us "oh, its only 1 1/2 hours drive to orlando", until my husband exploded with them and canceled the trip all together. Then we were told there is a no refund policy on that either. So they are sitting on $700.00 which won't be returned until we book a trip and get ripped off by them. A couple weeks into the process I had a cruise agency call me offering me a great deal on a cruise. I called All points, just to see what they would charge for the exact same cruise. It was $100 more through them!!!! I confronted them with it and they immediatly backpeddled by telling me oh well we offer an onship credit with ours that they don't. We have had nothing but frustration with them since day one. NEVER NEVER NEVER listen to their lies. They are worthless and only rip you off.
